LOVE MY REFURBISHED LAPTOP
I had to wait about a week to receive my refurbished laptop. Read all the reviews and got a little concerned about what condition it would be in when received. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in tip-top condition and ready for me to download apps I had on my old computer and immediately get to work. I am so happy to find a great laptop at such an affordable price that works great so far. This was my first time ordering a refurbished product, and I am quite satisfied, especially since I saved a lot of money!

Gf loves it
My gf loves this laptop, it works great. The outside had a silver vinyl wrap or sticker covering it, so I'm not sure if it was scratched, but that's how they sell them refurbished I guess. Battery life is good and everything worked perfectly.

Charging system may malfunction
Very sleek, clean and light laptop. Has all the bells and whistles. Plugged in charger and it broke. Could not hold a charge, the pins inside charging port are fragile andist be careful when plugging charger into the port. Had to return.

Poor Quality Refurb Laptop Full of Viruses
I ordered an elitebook 840 G6 refurbished. When I first started it, I noticed there were several dead pixels and the fan is noisy suggesting a worn out bearing. I also got an error from Windows which indicated it was not a fresh install. Once I signed in, I received hundreds of warnings from Windows defender about viruses. Shockingly bad quality! Black Friday sales are past now, so I really would prefer a replacement if it can be provided with good quality. I will see how the seller responds.

i guess i shouldn't expect much from a used laptop but i thought i wouldn't have issues the first 2 days of having it. the G button popped the first time i pressed it. the charger USBC broke the second day so i now have to buy a new charger
