The pestle broke in half in a week of use. Don’t buy.

I was quite hesitant about the product before placing the order and till it reached me. The major reason of this hesitation was the heavily discounted price! The quality that I received really costs somewhere around Rs.800-1200 in the market, but I got it for less than Rs.300/-.Now the review:The size of the mortar is good and quite deep. It is quite heavy thus giving you a better hold and easy to grind spices, garlic, ginger for regular use at home. But the pestle, though very neat, isn't proportionate. It should have been a bit longer for an ease in grinding stuff. Becauof its size you need to hold it with fingers thus making the pressure become less than is required.However, overall, the package was received as described by the seller. Thanks to the Amazon guy for delivering it before time even in the times of pandemic with delayed delivery system everywhere.

Good height which makes pounding easy, heavy and good quality product.

The pestle is very light n small.So u need extra time n power to crush the ingredients.If the usage is daily, don't go for it but for ocassional use, it's a good product in this price range.
