Looks ok..but one piece isn't cut it is just a stick.
Is there supposed to be on piece that isn't cut into kerfing? I have one piece that is just a stick.

The wood support material used to protect the kerflings was absolutely stunning. I would order a dozen more sets just to get their packaging wood.

Chinese Spruce?!!
Shipping took weeks from China. Its light and looks strong enough for kerfing a small instrument, but doesn’t look like any kind of spruce that I’ve seen - much more open grained and darker - similar to mahogany.
