Amazing!
I have suffered with a build up of earwax before and after having no success with ear drops I forked out £70 on having them syringed. Although this did clear them, they managed to perforate my ear drum and gave me an ear infection. A week ago my ears again blocked up and caused me complete deafness. I tried to use ear drops with no change. I really didn’t want to fork out all that money again to be left in agony, so I looked and came across this! Wow just wow! I used warm water and within a minute of using great big lumps of wax flowed out and my hearing is 100% restored! Easy to use and so quick! It probably helped if already softened the wax over a few days but it’s a miracle!

It Works, but it is not perfect.
There are several versions of this item available through Amazon, all with different branding and prices, but all functionally and constructionally the same. With this in mind, they are all the same quality, so choose whichever is best for the price. The Good - In short, it works. The main bottle with nozzles works wonders for me. Take your time, and insert the nozzle carefully to avoid scraping the inner ear, or going to deep. When you find a comfortable depth, I would recommend cutting one of the nozzles to suit.I suggest using the same hand as the side the affected ear is on (Left ear - Left hand) to hold the nozzle. Tilt your head over a sink (recommended instead of the supplied cup) to allow water drainage. Then, squeeze the trigger at a pace of 1 to 2 times per second. The time it takes will vary drastically for each user, but continue this motion until you feel the ear has cleared or feel discomfort/dizzy. Generally, when you feel all of the water is draining and none of it is sitting in the ear, it is likely to be clear.Due to the presence of water and change of conditions, you will likely feel slightly dizzy or disorientated after use. So make sure to sit/lie down for a short while to recover (1min is usually ample). Anything more severe or persistent contact an expert asap. The Bad - The build quality isn't the best. I am on my second one of these, and use it every other week. The first one I purchased started to leak from the pipe (likely due to storage). However, I eventually could no longer use it due to the spring mechanism failing. So be mindful of this factor. The item is fairly cheap. As for the other contents of the box, I wouldn't bother. The pipettes, syringes, and cups I have never found I use for. The bottle supersedes the pipette and syringe in every way, but the latter may be useful to some. The cup is just uncomfortable to use and will likely fill with water before you clear the ear. I suppose it may be handy for travel purposes, otherwise, just use your bathroom sink.

Great product
I bought this item because I had a blocked and itchy ear for months. I had my ear cleaned at Specsavers' audiology service, and they charged me around £60. However, I developed excessive wax in my ear again after a few months, even though I regularly spray Earol in my ear. I can tell you that this product is similar to what I got at Specsavers but much cheaper. You can go ahead and buy it if you have excessive wax buildup like me. The only thing I would suggest is to mentally prepare yourself before spraying, as the eardrum is quite sensitive, and you may feel some sensation.

Easy, safe and effective.
Easy to use. I just use the rigid white attachment. Cleared my ears and stopped them itching.

Successful ear wax removal!
Having suffered wax blocked ears for years, and no longer being able to have any treatment by my medical practice, I decided I would try the DIY route! This product had a lot of good reviews, so I made a purchase. The items in the box looked well made and not too complicated, the instruction booklet in many languages, was in quite small print! (Medi Grade, please be aware!) never-the-less, I assembled the items and carried out the wax clearing procedure! and Eureka! I could hear again! The cleaning process successfully removed a large quantity of wax from my ear! the sensation was not painful, but left me with a slight itchiness for a couple of hours, but now all is well!I no longer have to keep saying 'Pardon, What did you say', to my wife! And my wife no longer has to shout at me in an annoyed way! Success all round, Mr and Mrs Happy!
