It stopped working the moment I received it. The bottom connector became very lose and I soon had a phone spinning around like a male stripper.

Love the bending arm but the suction cup doesn't stick very well. There are better options

This will not stay suctioned to even the flattest surfaces for more than 1 min. It's terrible.

Suction is strong to the window, however, if you want to attach it to the dash or anything other than the window this isn't for you. I tried it on every reasonable, safe flat surface in the front cabin of my car. Once snapped into place on the window it's not going anywhere. I have a hard case on my phone so by itself the magnet will not hold my phone. There's an included metal rectangle that I put between the 2 layers of my case and it holds tight. Now neither the phone or the holder are moving without me wanting them too. I hope I never get to test this but I feel confident that even in an accident my phone will be right where I put it as long as my windshield is still there. I like to sometimes navigate with my phone following step by step instructions so this will be safer than holding the phone in one hand and driving with the other. My phone also just became a hands free device. Nice!There is another round metal piece that can be attached to the phone if there's no case to make it adhere to the magnetic holder. The best part is, unlike some phone holders there is no dimension that's too long, short, or wide. Just use the appropriate magnet and you're set. This SILO Universal magnetic cell phone Holder is very amazing. The quality is really nice and very durable. I tried so many holders for my phone and nothing works great that good but this one did the job really well. It is very easy to install, no need to read the instruction. It holds my phone really good. It has magnetic design to hold your phone really good. It has Spherical ball pivot rotation. I can rotate my phone in any angle which is great. I love how strong hold this, we have phone that has heavy and hard case and it’s still hold really good. Overall I am very happy and satisfied that I got this phone holder. Note: I bought a long version of this mount with a magnetic grip for the phone and a suction cup for windows. I bought this thinking it would stick to my dashboard (Mini cooper), but it seems my dash is too rounded to get a good grip. I ended up placing it in the bottom left corner of the windshield and now my phone is within sight so I can navigate easily. It has only fallen off a few times (hard to predict when it happens - a few times during driving which sucked), but when I reattach, it stays on for a long time. I paired this with a Spigen case that has a metal piece to magnetize the back of your iPhone and it has worked out really well (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013J3C73W/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_16).
