After researching the benefits of taking a pro/prebiotic supplement for someone like me who suffers from chronic fatigue and autoimmune disease, I decided to give this one a try. I’d previously tried a gummy from the grocery store, a well known brand, but hadn’t really noticed any difference in how I felt. This supplement, however? WOW! HUGE difference!I’m not sure whether the previous supplement I’d tried had the B vitamins in it that those one does, but I have really noticed a difference in my energy level since starting this product. My roommate told me he also can tell I seem more alert and active, less fatigued. I am thrilled to feel the most “normal” I have in years! It’s helped with some intermittent gut issues I’ve been having (but won’t describe here. You’re welcome.) and I just overall feel better.So far as the taste goes, it’s not great but not really gross either. The directions say you can mix it into a beverage or into yoghurt, etc., or just straight from the packet. I just dump it straight from the packet into my mouth and follow with some water. It tastes a little bit like fruit with maybe a slight medicinal aftertaste, but it’s not horrible. Just don’t expect it to taste like candy or Kool-Aid, it’s not that sweet.I seriously do not ever rave like this about a product but this one has definitely earned high marks from me. While I’m no nutritional expert, I do have a medical background and have a rough idea what to look for and what to avoid in a supplement, and this one seemed to be a good choice. Now that I’ve tried it, I will definitely be buying it again. Even if it wasn’t helping my gut I would still buy it because the relief from my long standing fatigue issues is worth it.PS: maybe a little TMI here but when you first start using this, expect some issues with gas after taking it while your body adjusts to it. It’s normal and should resolve within a couple of days. Also, always check with your physician before starting any supplement to ensure it doesn’t interfere with medications you are taking (such as an antibiotic or the like.)

Stay regular (bowel movement) in the morning and feel refreshed. However the product was made in the factory where peach was processed which I am allergic to. At first I couldn't figure out what was causing rashes until tracing back to this.

I was looking for postbiotic products and came across this one. Glad I found this, it tastes like pomegranates and doesn't contain artificial sweeteners at all. Also, it is very easy to carry around and take it. Love the convenience of the individual packing! You can open the package with just your fingers and don't need to drink water to swallow it down. Because I just started taking it, can't tell the difference yet, but feels comfortable for sure. I'll definitely take them again!

This product exceeded my expectation. The individual packet is easy to take wherever I go.I can just open it and take it. No need to mix it with water. It tastes little sweet and sour like pomegranate.I recommend this product to people who are looking to buy probiotics
