Down came the rains, but didn't wash the signals out :}) I'm happy to say.I can't say how it will do in the long run, I'm hoping for the best, of course. So gave them a four. I am looking for some shorter cat 8s for for the router, so that says something.I picked this out side cable to run the net upstairs, with out having to have a super long cords run along several rooms in the house. I also wanted it flat, & white, so it didn't easily look like a cable running along the side of the house.The cable is fine. It rains all of the time in Washington state, & being shielded & protected helps against that as well.The head is pretty huge, so keep that in mind if you're drilling into the side of your house, or using an exiting cable hole. You will/may have to bore it out a bit more.The heads/ends click in place firmly, & with the extra piece, unlatch easily, when you need that.I purchased other things to secure the cable to the house, as I wanted screws, & some places it was easier (up so high) to use a zip tie with an adhesive back board.The signal is what I expect of course. Great & not as interrupted as wireless can be sometimes in a "crowded" house.Yours may differ depending on your provider & your speed. This is going through a 1 gig (TPlink) cable modem, & leading up to a 2.4/5.0 GHz (TPlink) router directly (using cat5e on the router side fn). That's still faster than 5 GHz wireless, one floor below. Looking outside, everything still looks in place after a couple windy & rainy days - whew!

Good results so far. It worked immediately & is solid in the plug. No wiggling & no disconnects.j(Prior similar cable wouldn't click solidly into ethernet plug on modem due to too much rubber around plug. If you buy a similar item, check carefully to have clear connection at male plug end.)Good price & fast delivery. I highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I like to get all the speed of my internet connection and when my old flat cable tour, it was thinner and flatter and CAT-6 rated. Hi there I tore it by pulling on it or the cats chewed a couple of holes in it. The link speed was reduced to 100 Mbit, and I have 500 megabit fiber internet so that would not fly.Well this cable is chonky, tough, thicccc, and much powerful. These are not your dad's cables.It works great and you can still bend it and fold it with a little effort. And it was a good drop in replacement for the old cable.

I have this thing pulled from the ridiculous location that my internet router was installed (my son's bedroom) all the way through my home and into the living room where such a device should be. It works flawlessly and has absolutely no slow down to internet. In fact, this is a higher grade than what came with the router, so I've definitely upgraded my situation.

I've been running one of these cables from my PoE switch outside to a security camera for over a year without issues. One problem was that the rubber shielding on the outside of the connector is very thick. I was unable to connect it to the waterproof ethernet jack on my camera, and I had to cut off the anti-snag boot and trim off some of the rubber around the connector to make it fit. Just throwing this out there, thanks.

This Cat8 cable from Jadaol is fantastic. I love the heavier weight of the cable and I can tell it has great durability. In terms of performance, I am getting full speeds with my Gigabit network card and Internet package. I would highly recommend this cable to anyone that is looking for a flat cable that can be run discreetly from their router to Ethernet devices. Price for product...very close to lesser cables. Why get a cat 5 or cat 5e cable when you can get this for around the same price? Fixed my slow and unsteady connection. I migrated from wireless to using this cable. All my ingame problems, connection issues fixed. I would highly recommend this again. Also, by going wired my speed shot up. Buy it. Wireless protocol is a lot slower than wired to your router, just saying.

I use it for my tv as not to have WiFi and it works perfect, much better quality than the grey on I'm using for my computer so I will be ordering more. It's just exactly how described and works well.

It is the perfect length that I needed, connection was perfect and it came with wall attachments which came in handy.

I did a speed test and got about 90 mb/s, not happy. My wifi is much faster and also when I use a round Ethernet cable connected to my laptop I get over 300 mb/s. The only thing I like is that it’s flat and the clips that came with it which made it easy for cable management.The manufacturer refunded me my purchase which I was happy about. I believe the cable is good as I tried it on my laptop and was getting over 350 mbps. I guess my android box can’t get those speeds.
