Bought as a gift, never got to enjoy them, but they looked lovely

Superb Chocs
Bought them for Mothers Day and my Mom in Birmingham was overwhelmed. She said they were the best chocolates she had had for years, delicious and fabulous variety and they reminded her of hand made chocolates from years ago. She was so happy, I bought er a second box a month later.

Made me ill
I have bought these before. Thought I would try a bigger box this Christmas and there was something off with these. Made me and another family member very unwell. Amazon were great at dealing with the issue

One missing
I have bought these chocolates many times for birthday and Christmas gifts and they have always been excellent value for money. The presentation is superb and the actual chocolates are some of the best. However, this time there was a chocolate missing from the second layer. My mum discovered this immediately after she had unwrapped them and was looking at the different flavours. Such a shame as these are usually the perfect gift.

Tasteless and stale
Sell by date was only two months ahead of purchase. A bloom on many chocolates and the taste of each chocolate was bland, obviously past their best by now. Pity as I have had other Holdsworth chocolates and they have been amazing.
