This product is easy to set up and works out of the box.I used my android phone to download the app and create an account.Connected the antenna and switched the camera on, all detected fine and then it just worked, its HD not 4K, but its a clear colour image and I think is good enough.There are lots of features to the camera, it works with a wireless network or wired if you prefer, I used Wireless.It DOES need to be plugged into the mains.You will need to ensure you have CCTV signs displayed which are not included in the box but these are very much a subjective buy depending on what you want, there are many on Amazon to buy and they are cheap.Finally, the camera uses an SD card (not included*) or you can subscribe to cloud services the latter are of excellent value and if you give a product review on Amazon you get a free gift option. At the time of purchasing these are a free *SD card, or a 3M extension cable, or an extra year warranty depending on what you need.Overall a great purchase, hope this review helps.

I have bought this WiFi CCTV camera 2 months ago to keep an eye on my garage. Overall camera is excellent, it comes with Microsd memory card slot and unlike Ring for example you don't need to buy any monthly membership to view past recordings. Setup is easy, install app, connect power, type in your WiFi password and your good to go. Picture quality is great, so is night vision (see photos) . Camera has very good motion detection and multiple levels of sensitivity in app if you want to be alerted when movement is detected. I will buy another one and I could definitely recommend it to you.

I am using this camera to watch Badgers in my garden. The quality of the video is quite good both day and night. Quite easy to set up although the instructions could be clearer and printed a little larger. The camera is quite sturdy but requires a rather large hole to be drilled to get the cables through. All in all well worth the money.

The camera itself is great but the main reason I brought this particular camera was you could use it on alexa show... Well I not happy that they advertise this camera to do so and it don't work. I have tried everything to get it to show on my alexa show 8. Good camera but not good they say it can connect to alexa using puwell skill and it don't work. Not happy at all. You need to take that bit off.

Don’t bother this camera is awful no matter what I try it refuses to record at night and will only ever record during the day plus the night vision just clicks on and off all night if you view the camera live. You get what you pay for

I bought this as it’s the same brand as the doorbell we already have. That was a breeze to set up and has worked faultlessly since day one. So we thought this would be as good and would integrate seamlessly with the existing setup. But no, I’ve worked in the IT industry for decades, I know how to connect wi-fi, b;uetooth, and hard wired networks and kit on them, this didn’t want to know. 3 hours of trying everything so after a while I gave up. It’s going back for a refund.It powered up, reset many times, beeps and lights,but not even a WiFi device scanner could see it. Even plugged directly into the router it didn’t register.

TIP. Connect Camera to WIFI from comfort of home before fitting it up outside.Found it difficult to connect to WIFI so took it to the router and used a cable and connected it direct to the router using wired mode. Connected straight away and was then OK with WIFi when disconnected from router.TIP. Don't drill a huge hole in the wall for the bulky cables. I used a waterproof box and cut a small slot in it for the cable that comes out of the back of the camera to slot into to hide the connector and 3 cable tails.Also, cut off the small power plug( with enough cable to go inside garage and put a screw terminal on it in a convenient position) . This way only the smallest hole is required to put the bell wire type cable out of the waterproof box and through the wall to terminate it inside the garage before plugging into a socket.Job done and no big holes!Very happy with the camera. Just need the SD card now.

The camrea looks fantastic and was abit confusing to start with on setting it up as I followed the instructions and it was still not working or connecting to the WiFi only to realise stupid me.had both my mobile data and WiFi on at the same time so after repeating the same steps like.the book says finally.it works great like a treat
