This has been a great product, it's been able to handle everything I've thrown at it. There's a little bit of a learning curve but once you get over it there's very little it can't do.

I bought this for my wife, for Christmas, as she is a huge Cameo DIY project person. As I have started setting it up for the big day, I am finding that I should have just returned it. The instruction are not really step by step through assembly (not tough) to burning (tough) / engraving (challenging to get their results). Out of the box, the results were marginal at best. I spent hours of potential eye damage (from laser) trying to get something to come out like the videos. Nothing! Everything burns holes, or no burning at all. I have been experimenting with the settings, but it definitely does NOT do its best right out of the box on preset settings, As some videos imply. The router is dragging the bits through the wood, causing wood damage as it goes. The carriage speed needs to be slowed down somehow. And it makes alot of noise when it moves around; Like a old metal spring bed frame. I am into wood working with various tools, and all about CAD CNC type stuff, but this is too much for my wife, and me. I.e. to laser engrave a phone case, you have to buy at least 2 cases. One to test the settings on first. The preset settings are just not that simple. Trying to figure out carriage speed, laser power, what size bit it should be set on, etc. Is what makes this such a guessing game if it will work, or not.

Good for beginers but the cnc its really for soft material. I was able to get it to engrave in to some cherry wood but allow it to take its time. Using the laser takes some time to set up but works great for basic things.

When I first got the laser engraver I had issues with the Laser not working. I contacted the company directly and they walked me thru what to check. After none of that got the laser to work they sent me a new laser head to replace the defective one. I had the new one in a matter of a week. Very happy with how it works and especially the customer service the company provided. I recieved several emails following up on shipping, and whether the new laser head fixed the issue. Definitely recommend this laser engraver.

Hard to use. Instructions for software installation and actual use was hard to understand.

I knew I had to put it together, but thought there would be wiring guide and how to access it on my computer. Also, can't get the app on my computer to program, so it has sat on the shelf since the first week I bought it.

I am new to cnc and laser engraving, so I was nervous about learning a new process. This machine made it pretty easy to get acquainted. It's easy to build, has all the right parts. The motor and laser work well. The software is good,(and open source). I'm addicted to creating things now! Get one, you won't be disappointed.

The only complaint is the motor is slow and weak it runs about 1000 rpm and the mount that holds it is plastic which affects accuracy when carving woodAlso it's lacking in the software department. It comes with some software but you will find yourself searching the web looking for something better

Desde que la comencé a armar, se sintieron los materiales de buena calidad. Lamentablemente no viene con instrucciones muy detalladas acerca del uso y manejo, pero nada que no puedas encontrar en videos tutoriales de Youtube.PD: si lo vas a comprar, deberías tener al menos un conocimiento básico de herramientas y manejo de softwares de diseño industrial

Excelente, funciona muy bien. Hasta el momento he realizado pruebas con el laser funciona perfecto.Llego en muy buenas condiciones y muy rápida la entrega. Contiene todos los accesorios que se observan en la publicación. Muy recomendable.

El laser es muy débil no corta y al momento de grabar es muy lento en comparación de otros equipos e experimentado con diferentes configuraciones para intentar mejorar pero nada funciona yo recomiendo otro equipo

Recibi el equipo y mi mayor meido era que no me incluyera ambas herramientas como promete (Laser y Router) pero si vienen la verdad pensaba que toda la base era plastica y no solo los laterales lo demas es aluminio, aun no la eh probado pero considero que fue una buena compra

En un buen producto para empezar en el mundo del CNC. Sin embargo, el láser dejó de funcionar en menos de 1 mes. Recomiendo la versión en aluminio con el motor de 20w y comprar a parte un láser de mejor calidad.
