The video stopped working just after 18 months of purchase. No mechanism to contact the repair centre

Product is good however, Amazon should alos provide installation facility as i had to hire a local person who had charged me 1000 rs for fixing the unit.

The speaker quality of the door bell is bad.The video quality is average.It rings for a longer time which you cannot change.Cannot customise any functions except brightness and contrast etc.Won't recommend.

A really good experience.
Was really dicey about ordering it online as no reviews were available for this product but could not find readily in the shops so ordered it online. The video door phone is working perfectly fine since last 2 weeks. Really good experience and the product is worth the money.

Wrong item delivered. Very bad experience first time on amazon . Camera with memory shows in the description video while delivered the camera without memory storage. Get to know after complete installation.
