The kit I received to fix a lamp included everything I needed to fix my lamp, plus some extra parts. I was able to fix another lamp that wasn't working right. The parts are great quality. Everything fit just right and it was easy to fix my lamp. The parts look like they belong to my lamp. And it was a great price.

I bought a bronze kit 9 months ago, didn't try it until recently. I wanted to be sure I wasn't in over my head with electrical repairs before I bought more. Then I bought 3 more bronze kits after the 1st one worked well. New order's "bronze" completely different colors than first order. First had a lighter brown cord with dark brown bulb base. Newer has very dark brown core with lighter, almost old gold, bulb base... With the cords exposed and aiming for symmetry in the room with plug in wall sconces, I'm not going to want to mix the old lamp kit with new lamp kit for the same room. Mildly disappointed.

As advertised fast shipping. No instructions included, but fortunately I was able to go on the Internet to see how to hook it up. It was the first time I had hooked up a new lamp wiring, but I managed to do it without the house burning down and the lamp actually works, so I’m very happy with the product. Would buy from seller again, although I hope I don’t need to anytime soon.

Upgraded a thrift store lamp with this kit. The lamp needed some paint and new wiring. Looked to be 25+ years old. Turned the whole thing into a lamparium. The kit was easy to use but I did have to google for instructions. Luckily these things are pretty standard. One half of the wire has some ribs, so you know which is which. There are 2 screws, one silver and one brass. So you don’t wire it backwards. Once you have that sorted out, all you need is a screw driver to tighten the screws over the wires. Just be sure you’ve got the wires threaded thru anything they need to go thru before popping the bottom cover on. It can be tricky to get back off but there is a small arrow that shows you where to pry to pop it off. Yes. I figured that out the hard way.Anyhow. The lamp is much cuter now, new parts match my painted parts. And I feel better about the life left in the wiring
