This is the only supplement I take for pregnancy because good quality beef organs arent available to me as a whole food right now. And, its hard for me to eat quite frankly... These are so much easier to ingest! Beef organs are "nature's multivitamin" and are far better for your body than anything synthetic. Although expensive, you cant beat the quality of these supplements. They've been worth the monthly cost to keep baby and I healthy. Plus, synthetic vitamins would make me vomit when I first started my health journey. These however, I do not get nauseous over.

I noticed results right away within 2 weeks, and have been only taking 4 capsules a day, couldn't make it to the recommended dose. I love that the supplement is in a glass container. I have endometriosis, this amazing supplement made a HUGE difference with my monthly cycle, it reduced the bleeding and supported my overall energy& health. Didn't cause issues with digestion, but I began by taking 2 a day with breakfast and dinner to see how my body will react to it, then added 2 more. As someone who has felt the shift from being in their 20s to now 30s. I noticed my physical performance started to roll down hill . And I was taking traditional vitamins. I have been taking this product for approximately 6 months. My immune system has improved significantly. The only thing I don’t like is the label. I would like to know is the product is soy, wheat, dairy free and is there is. any additional ingredients. Pills doesn’t bother my digestion, smells isn’t bad, no aftertaste, quality seems to be good since is helping me. Lately, I noticed there 3rd parties selling them but since there’s so many counterfeit products I will only buy from Heart and Soil

I am almost done with the bottle and will be buying more. I bought them after an IG casually mentioned them as changing her cycle and lessening her PMDD symptoms. I have noticed overall improvement in multiple areas of my body including vivid dreams, improved menstrual cycle (less heavy bleeding, less PMDD, less acne, less chin hair etc.) and quicker digestion (aka daily BM's if not 2x a day). I also have noted improved mood and energy, which is shocking to me. The only downsides to me are the smell of my 💩, and taking 6 capsules each serving (although they are easy to swallow and do not have a smell). On an even more odd/random note, my cat goes CRAZY when I am taking these in the morning and tries to eat them from my hand.
