It is what it is
As a replacement lid for a water container it fits the bill. However, I needed the spiget to be connected to a hose connection and the threads are way too wide - they don't match anything other that the screw top it comes with. So, I returned it.

Fits great
I bought this along with the rubber O-rings, a spigot, a Schrader valve, and a 2' length of pex tubing so I could make my scepter water container pressurized for camping. It works great.
