Not grey and black, but rather tan and black. As I expected based on the picture. Nice curtain, but rings are cheap plastic (didn't plan to use at all). I just threw them away and replaced with nice metal ones. Perfect!

All was great hard to find size. Only complaints are took a long time to get here and it was about 2 inches shorter than it was supposed to be. But overall great quality and again hard to find size I was happy I did. The length was fine and it works good.
