I have found SaVit Nutrition Caralluma diet supplements to be effective for me. With this product I feel much better. After a few days of taking the recommended dosage of 2 capsules of pure caralluma fimbriata a day I noticed that the snack cravings had gone away and I had more energy. After just two weeks I started noticing that my jeans were not as snug so I decided to weigh myself. I had already dropped 5lbs! This is by far one of the fastest working weight loss options I have tried, way better than forskolin, garcinia cambogia or raspberry ketones. I am so excited to buy more and continue on this weight loss journey. They are easy to swallow and there's no yucky after taste. After hearing and reading all about this stuff being the "latest and greatest" in appetite reducing supplements, I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, this supplement did not help to reduce my appetite at all. It didn't seem to do anything for my energy level either. I am really disappointed to not have noticed a single bit of difference when taking this supplement for over a week. It says to take two pills a day, so I tried taking them before breakfast. No appetite suppression. So, I switched to taking them before lunch. No appetite suppression. I have used lots of different supplements and usually have pretty good, or at least average, results. I had much better luck taking Garcinia Cambogia. At least it seemed to take the edge off of my hunger. I did not have any bad side effects from taking this though. I felt absolutely no different when I took it than when I didn't. It is fairly easy to swallow and I like that they are veggie capsules. No bad taste or anything like that. Just didn't work for me. I ordered this caralluma fimbriata extract to help me lose a few pounds I'd gained while on vacation, because it's believed to impact the hypothalamus, which is the part of the brain that tells your body when you feel full or hungry. I've been taking it for a few weeks because I wanted to give it enough time to really gauge how well it works, and unfortunately I haven't noticed a big change in my weight or my hunger. It's supposed to be an appetite suppressant, but I don't think I've eaten less as a result of taking this caralluma fimbriata extract.On the plus side, it's made from natural ingredients, and it doesn't contain fillers. Plus, it's made in the United States, which I really appreciate. Also, I didn't experience any negative side effects like diarrhea or agitation, so I would say that I don't think it's dangerous. It does seem to be effective for some people, so I think it may be worth a try if you're looking for a natural product to help you lose some weight. I am one of those people where I am never satisfied or full. I have tons of cravings and can eat huge portions and still be hungry 30 minutes later. Caralluma Fimbriata has helped tremendously. I've only been on it for 1week, so I haven't seen any significant weight loss changes; however, I can make it through an entire work shift without spending the entire time wondering "Can I go to lunch now?" I used to eat lots of candy bars, chips, etc to hold me over until I could eat a real meal. Now, I go to lunch and I'm not really that hungry. I am hungry, but it is a mild hunger rather than an all-consuming belly-cramping hunger. This product helps me make better food choices. I snack less often and I can make healthier choices during my meals. Even if I never lose a pound with this, I will continue to take it because it makes my days so much more enjoyable.
