I was (wrongly) expecting something like foam but these are gel and they are squidgy rather than compressible - which is why they were smaller than I expected. They are the size you would squeeze a foam ball down to. Initial impressions are right size, well made and just the right amount of squidginess. Having two is handy - one downstairs and one near my bed (I get pins and needles in my hands when I wake up!). Too much information. Very pleased with the purchase. Will look out for this maker for other purchases.

I was looking for a good stress ball for when I'm studying. I love the fabric and the material of the ball, it's got just the right squeeze and even bounces a little.

Not the best. Ripped after few minutes of use

I've been using these for about 15 mins a day on and off, and there's been a definite improvement in my hands. I couldn't pull the ring on ring-top cans back before excercising with the balls, and was astonished to find I could in just 1 week of using them. Highly recommend.

Palline ben fatte con morbidezza diversificata. Le uso per le mani come da consiglio del fisioterapista. Morbide al punto giusto sono adeguate allo scopo per cui le ho acquistate. Sono piacevoli al tatto ho messo nella scatola gocce di olio essenziale alla lavanda cosi mentre le uso faccio anche aromaterapia. Molto contenta dell acquisto .
