I got this after I bought their great nitric oxide booster . YouTubers said to take it with carbs so I took it with my morning oatmeal. I had so much energy it was like I took some potent preworkout except I wasn’t jittery at all. I did my normal 15 lbs dumbbell curls , felt great, moved to 20 lbs which was a challenge since I hit my upper 30’s in age, I had no problem with 20 lbs, moved to my 25 lbs, no sweat. I went and found my dusty 30 lbs dumbbells and was hitting reps like I was in my early 20’s!!! I haven’t been able to do that in probably 10 years. This last week my strength has turned the clock back and it’s life changing for me. I thought only TRT would fix me but I’m feeling great and I feel like I got a new lease on life. I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before I do cardio, because the body needs L-Carnitine to burn body fat for energy. This seems to be a decent brand/product. Haven’t experienced any negative side affects. Good price from Amazon!

L-carnitine does not cause an upset stomach, and I have not experienced any other side effects. I believe it does enhance my metabolism and increases my energy level.

This has really helped my muscle pains and tightness. It also take magnesium malate, P5P, and R lipoic acid. I take about 4500 mg a day (9 pills), three after each meal.It does help with weight loss because it activates your mitochondria. It does cause me to sweat, mostly in the morning. It does not keep me up at night.Works great with morning sauna; really helps flush out the toxins.

I have been taking Dr. Martin’s for the past year and decided to go with Nutricost going off of their affordability and I liked their creatine. First off the bottle definitely has almost a fish oil smell when you open it. Then I place the pills in my monthly pill organizer with fish oil and the L carnitine starts to become oily! The fish oil is completely dry and un broken but every single L carnitine pill is covered in oil outside and the powder is caked inside now, which does have a sourish taste. So almost 50 pills are ruined now! As far as the supplement itself goes, unknowing of the quality of this one, I say it works. I gained 15-20 pounds when I started the Depo shot my first round of two years. The second round I started taking L carnitine with it and have had no weight fluctuations in the last year!
