This sweet soy sauce is our favorite, we use it on everything from marinade to any type of protein and fried rice.The flavor is unique and essential to the perfect umami taste.Last year this bottle was 9 dollars this year we paid 11.00 and in my opinion it’s worth every single pennyI believe that is better to pay for high quality products and to keep in mind that everything is going up in price.I will continue to use this product because I can use it in so many different recipes and a little goes a long way.I had a little trouble with the wrapping but no big deal.

I'd previously bought a smaller bottle, but when I liked it this much, I went for the larger. This sauce is thicker than average soy sauce, so keep that in mind.It's still savory, but there's a really pleasant sweet aspect that creates a very rich mix of flavors. Add this to a dumpling sauce (or just eat the dumplings with this) and you'll be in heaven. Even better, If you make pork tonkatsu, this stuff is PHENOMENAL with a bit of furikake. Overall, it just adds so much to any dish I cook.I recommend not substituting this for soy sauce in things like soups or sauces (Garlic soy, for example) as it is so thick and sweet that by the end it will take away some of the rich salt regular soy would add, but it's perfect for most any other application.

This is my latest go to must have for my cooking supplies. It has opened a whole new set of recipes that are packed with flavor and it’s all due to this sweet Thai soy sauce. If you have ever used Hello Fresh or other meal services, this also allows you to recreate a lot of their dishes with ease. I will continue purchasing this for the foreseeable future, highly recommend it!Note: It is saucy off the shelf and syrupy after being refrigerated. Flavor stays consistent for duration of bottle without agitation.

I did like this sweet soy sauce. But I prefer the thinner sweet soy sauce.
