Great value for the money! Buy here, not on manufactures website.
These work really well. We had some prior to these and ended up getting some more due to very heavy winds. We put two on each front legs, and use tie downs for the back two legs. These are well made and are worth the price from Amazon. They were SOOOOO much more expensive on the manufactures website. Get them here!

Tent weighs
Is what I need though the product smells like burnt rubber. Sat them in the house for 2 days and it took 2 more days to get the smell to go away and now the garage smells. Not ment to be stored indoors.

These are great for keeping your canopy securely on the ground during a windy day. They do retain a rubber smell for quite some time but ours have dissipated after 2 years of use. To me they are much more convenient than lugging and hanging other weight systems from the canopy such as PVC pipes filled with sand, cement, water or water jugs that can sway around in the wind. These weigh 25 pounds each and have kept our canopy in place on grass, dirt and tar.

Good lawd, they STINKY!
I admit, I haven’t even opened the box yet. Picking the box up, they are a good weight & I have no doubt they’ll do exactly what I bought them for: weighing down a canopy tent. So I gave them 4 stars. It would’ve been 5 if I wasn’t convinced the smell would only increase upon unboxing. Oh. My. God. They stink! Right through the box! Upon delivery, I set them in my front hallway & noticed the odor immediately. It wasn’t until the next morning that I felt physically ill & realized it was the gasoline/rubber smell they were giving off. It’s nauseating. Upon moving them to the garage, the smell dissipated within half an hour. I’m hoping to gain the courage to pull them out of their packaging later this weekend. My advice: keep them outside of your living space. I’m hoping that after airing out they’ll slow their stinky roll, but I’ll come back & let you know. Edit 5/9/22 (3 days later): Husband unboxed them. The smell permeated our garage. Then we realized we only received half the order. 🤦🏼♀️ There were only two in the box, and it was a box that would only fit two, so had I unboxed them upon arrival I would’ve noticed there weren’t four…if I didn’t pass out from the smell first…. Fail…fails all around. I prob should’ve noticed they weren’t the “proper” weight but for me, the smell was unbearable. I contacted Amazon, & it sounds like they’ll make this right. I’ll let you know how this goes. Edit 10/25/22 (5.5 months later): Guys. I kid you not: yesterday I walked into the garage & was hit in the face by a smell that almost smelled like gasoline but also kinda like rubber. I couldn’t place it. I mentioned it to my husband, asked if he put something new in the garage, & he responded that it was THE WEIGHTS! So yes, they stink & I’m convinced they will always stink if you put them in an enclosed space. However, we’ve been using them outside & storing them in the bed of my husband’s truck, so I truly thought the smell had dissipated. Conclusion: Amazon was awesome about making sure I got all four weights. I love these weights for how easy it is to weigh down my tent legs & they are a huuuuge upgrade from sandbags, as I use my tent from spring to fall outside. I didn’t notice the smell at all while we were outside. For the price, I would still buy them, but I won’t lie, I’ve moved “building a garden shed” up on my priority list bc I don’t think I can handle walking out in my garage every day to that smell. I am not typically sensitive to smells. If you are, skip this purchase.

Pro move!
Stop looking like a craft fair amateur with water jugs, tent stakes or whatever and go pro with these rad weights. No worries whether you set up on asphalt, dirt, grass, or snow. They are heavy to lug around because, duh, that's how they work. Nice handles help tho. Glad I spent the money on these!

The smell of the weights was hard to get pass.
The smell of this product was sickening. I sat them outside in the sun for 4 days to allow the smell to weather off. Needless to say the odor was still present. The weights are heavy and would be an excellent ideal if not for the smell.

Unbelievable stench
The good: high quality, sturdy, unbreakable, durable, heavy weights that will last a lifetime. The bad: the worst stench, stink, odor, smell I've ever experienced out of rubber. We use our canopy for sales at markets and festivals and this stench is an absolute deal breaker. We only have five senses and when one of them is overwhelmed people are no longer interested in shopping, they're interested in getting the heck away from you. We had other vendors complain to us, begging is not to use them again; we were so embarrassed for the stench we never brought them back. We tried sunning them for a week and it didn't help. In the car they are abhorrently odiferous as they release noxious VOCs that become trapped inside. You can roll the window down assuming it's not raining and that helps. However, the stench will linger in your car for a few hours after you remove these. If there's any easy way to remove the odor I have to assume that the vendor would have already done it before shipping the units because they are so awful to smell that they are unusable in any market setting. As far as I am aware recycled rubber tends to have this problem. I'm sure at some point in the prototyping process the factory offered to include a chemical in the mix to reduce off gassing and odor, for an increased price. Whoever made the decision to decline those additives made a blunder with this product. If not for that mistake this would be the best canopy weight solution on the entire market. As it stands, I wouldn't even recommend them for your backyard. They stink that bad. They certainly don't belong in a market setting where you're trying to get sales.
