Negative 5 stars!... update,+5stars
Exact fit for my yamaha R1. But was highly disappointed when it only worked for one day. After that one ride, it never worked again. Will not hold a charge. And I don't believe US $40.00 is worth only one ride. Waiting to hear if this company will do the right thing. If so, then I will change my review. Till then...😒 Update: so, after that bad experience and learning that it plainly says no warranty....I thought it was over. But after explaining to this company about it only working for 1 ride, and now won't charge and is just completely dead. Well they did do the right thing, and sent me a replacement free of charge! That was admirable and I said I would change my review once I received it. I did receive it, free of charge, and it works great. I'm hoping it will remain that way, but regardless, they changed my mind and I wanted to share the good ending in hopes it helps someone else. Thanks, a "now" happy customer.

Bought a 2nd battery for my other bike
I own both FZ-09 and XSR-09. Replaced the battery about a year ago for XSR... so far, the bike cranks right up every time after sitting for > month (yes, I dont ride my toys as much, but thems thats got the toys, well, you know how that works). That confirms for me the battery holds charge, has good cold cranking power, and now see if it can go 2+ years vs stock battery. Decided to buy another YTZ10S battery for the FZ. Only complaint is that the POSTS (+-) are wrong for both bikes. I need the -+ posts...; machined up a pair of copper plates and that way I dont go thru any issues trying to force the wiring to get twisted up...

Seems like a nice battery (for now)
This battery seems to work pretty well. It perfectly replaced the original Yuasa FTZ10S in my 2013 Honda CB500X with no issues. For a gel battery, this was the cheapest I could find and it seems to work well. It fit perfectly and is exactly to the physical spec I needed. I appreciate the additional CCAs compared to the original battery, and although I doubt I'll really need them, they're nice to have. One of the corner edges did come with a slight dent, which gives me pause about the leakage of this battery, but thankfully it sits on top when I've oriented it on its side like my bike requires. There's virtually no protection in the packaging though - it's just in a standard cardboard box. I'm guessing it got banged around in shipping, despite the clear battery labelling on the outer box. The clear top is nice too - It lets you get a look at the inside of the battery in case anything happens without taking the whole thing apart. It does mention that you can add your own electrolyte if it runs low, but at this price I'd rather just replace it. While they advertise that you can use it straight out of the box, I left mine on the charger for a few hours to get it to 100%. Just make sure your charger is compatible with gel batteries, since not all of them are. You could probably use it without charging first, but I just wanted to make sure it would work as well as possible. It's fairly weighty at ~6lbs, but it's not enough to really notice much of a difference while it's in use. Also, based on some of the other reviews, I opted to tape the side of the nuts when I was screwing in the battery terminals. I would definitely recommend using two small pieces of tape when installing, since they do shift around a lot and the chance of dropping it into the bike seems somewhat high if you don't. Overall, I recommend this battery. I'll update if I have any issues with longevity, but it's been working great so far. As the cheapest gel battery I could find, it seems pretty nice!

I had it about 6 - 8 months before my bike as stolen and totalled. No complaints
Work great for the few months I had it. I was skeptical at first but it was well worth the price.

Don't buy they don't last
Bought 2 of these batteries Installed 1 in the motorcycle and it lasted 2 weeks now it's dead. Pulled other out to replace it and that one is dead right out of the box. Unfortunately I waited past the warranty period to install them , purchased a name brand to replace these and all good now. . Don't recommend these.

Awesome, so far
Started my Yamaha 900 instantly despite added electronics. For the install, the terminals were backwards in terms of a flat surface for the nut for the terminal screws. When the battery was laid on its side to align the polarity, the nut did not have a flat surface to lay on to be screwed into. So, I took 1/2 inch long pieces of 1/8 inch wide thin cardboard and slid these in so the nuts could lay flat.
