Return issues
The product is really excellent quality but was too big for my purpose. So I had written to return the same within a week but it is yet to be picked up. And I was not able to contact Amazon or the seller Impoda, which is very exasperating. Please help me solve this issue.

It would be good if the dimension of the mounting hole is mentioned in the item.Also if screws with washer and nuts are included then we need not go to shops to buy the same.
