Ryobi battery sprayer, 1 gallon
The original pump died in less than 2 years. After some research, I found this is a replacement part. Thought of giving it a shot rather than buying the whole set again. Worked like a charm and the sprayer works better than new.

Saved $60.00!
As most of the other reviews state, it's an easy fix. I'm guilty of being too lazy to run clean water through the sprayer after use. I'm sure this has accelerated the deterioration of the original pump.It took about twenty minutes to replace. Sprayer works like new.

works as advertised, would buy again
delivered on time and easy to install.NOTE: on the ryobi sprayer i have the pump wires were soldered directly to the connectors on the pump. they required a soldering gun to remove and then attach to the new pump.

The perfect part...
Bought this to replace the motor on my Ryobi chemical sprayer....that I thought was dead. This is a perfect fit, and brought the tool back to life!! Easy to replace (plenty of vids on YouTube....). You will need to solder the connections (not a big deal) or you could use a slide-on connector. I think the sprayer works better now then when it was new. Replace parts.....don't throw stuff away. About a 30 min job.....

Ryobi sprayer pump
This pump was defected within three minutes of use with a soap and water mixture that I was spraying.. The rubber diaphragm in the pump is bad from sitting on the shelf for many years..

Exact replacement
Exact replacement. Not much to say. I don't expect better performance. The pump was a poor choice for the sprayer in the first place. That's the fault of Ryobi... not the pump.

PUMP NEEDS A SEAL
Bought to replace the pump/motor in a Ryobi battery weed sprayer that was severely corroded. All of the hoses seemed fine so I put this unit in and tried it with a freshly charged battery. I could spit harder and farther than this thing would spray and water was dripping from the casing, thinking a hose may have a pin hole causing poor pressure I replaced all of the hoses and o-ring...still very weak spray. Being one that loves to tinker i tore my sprayer down all the way, including the pump for this motor. The diaphragm pump honestly could be a bit beefier but oh well. The biggest problem is that there is NO gasket or other seal between the pump housing halves!! I used silicone adhesive to create a no-leak seal. Everything reassembled everything and finally a functioning cordless sprayer! Again, the pump portion of this unit could be a bit more beefy for more pressure.
