Easy to swallow

Wonderful way to take coconut oil as a capsule form!
I am a mother with Autistic twins and I myself have been dealing with Cholesterol issues so I went online and did a bunch of research on the benefits to Coconut Oil...I discovered that he can reverse some of the repetitive traits that Autism can have as well as help with weight control and lowering cholesterol. My twins and I have been taking this product for almost a month and so far I've noticed that some of the repetitive behavior my twins have has lessened some and my weight has been dropping so sure hope to hear that my cholesterol is down when I go see doctor this week! Will continue to take this as its doing exactly what I was hoping for and will make it a permanent part of our diet. We only take one gel capsule in the morning at breakfast and works just fine!
