Very Comfortable and Great Bounce
I’m really happy with this mattress. The springs inside make it supportive and give it a nice, comfortable bounce. The top layer is soft and feels great to lie on, making it easy to relax and fall asleep. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-made mattress that’s definitely worth the price.

Comfortable, Fluffy, and Well-Priced
I am pleased with the quality, especially considering the price point. The mattress offers a soft feel without being overly plush, striking a comfortable and supportive balance. It has a nicely fluffy, well-cushioned surface that makes it very comfortable to sleep on.

Good mattress for the money!
This is an outstanding value for the money and there was even no shipping charge! It was amazing to watch and listen to the mattress automatically inflate like an inflatable rubber dinghy once the inner bag was cut! I got the European box top version, which has a soft top like the pillow top version, but unlike the pillow top has a box shape instead of puffy, rounded corners, so it's easier to get the sheets and blankets to fit. I love the very comfortable way it supports and molds to my body contours without having any hard or lumpy spots, but the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very challenging for me to find a comfortable sleeping position. I'm 68 years old and have lower back pain that I can largely alleviate through stretching exercises, including use of a firm, closed-cell foam cylinder that I lay on the floor to roll my back on in order to stretch muscles and ligaments which relieves tension and soreness and improves limberness/flexibility (buy them where exercise accessories are sold). If I were younger and didn't have back problems, I'm sure I'd definitely give it 5 stars. Because of my back problems, I don't get perfect sleep with this mattress, but I get acceptably good results. I've found that the best position for my back is to sleep on my side with a couple standard pillows between my knees, and a flattish pillow (flat, worn out one) under my waist area to keep my spine from sagging down there. This keeps my spine in a neutral position, so I have no spinal pain when I get up. I also use a memory foam pillow which supports my head and neck much better than a common polyester fill pillow. It's DEFINITELY worth the extra money to get a memory foam pillow! I waited 5 weeks before writing this, to give enough time to evaluate it and see if there's any changes over time with the mattress. I haven't seen any changes in the mattress, though I switch the mattress end-for-end every week or so to get a refreshed area to sleep on (cannot flip mattress over, since the memory foam side is only on one side). This mattress is definitely much better than my former mattress, a conventional coil spring mattress. But it was an old, sagging mattress so the comparison may not be fair. That said, I sleep reasonably well and most of the time awaken refreshed. My only complaint is that with side sleeping for several hours, the side of my upper thigh/hip area I'm sleeping on gets sore from pressing against the mattress (the mattress starts to feel firm and uncomfortable there). So I end up alternating sides I sleep on (left to right and back again) throughout the night to get relief. I've found that sleeping on my back, though comfortable and avoids the side issue, gives me back pain when I get up so I gave that up (maybe the tight top version being firmer would be good for back sleeping?). Being a hybrid mattress (less expensive than a pure memory foam mattress), I wonder if a pure memory foam mattress would be better? But I know they cost much more and didn't want to invest in one. So in conclusion, I have to say that this mattress is very acceptable and an excellent buy for the money. UPDATED REVIEW: More than a month has passed since I posted my review, and about 2-1/2 months since I got the mattress. I want to say that the mattress continues to be very comfortable and I like it even more! I haven't noticed any sagging whatsoever. I got a thicker pillow to put under my waist area for side sleeping and a new pillow to put between my knees, and I have no back pain in the morning! There's only a little bit of some upper hip side discomfort that goes away after I stretch and go about my day (due to sleeping on my side). But absolutely no spinal pain! Side sleeping is excellent for treating lower back pain. This mattress molds to my contours and supports my spine while I sleep. I sleep very comfortably now. I continue to use the closed cell foam cylinder to stretch my back by rolling on it from shoulders to hips about twice a day, which helps a lot. I do switch sides I sleep on a few times during the night. I highly recommend this for older people like me that are looking for a comfortable, yet supporting mattress. And for the price it is an incredible value!

Comfy mattress
Like this mattress so far. It feels supportive but still soft on top, and I’m waking up with less back stiffness than before. It expanded to full size pretty quickly and doesn’t sink in the middle. Small downsides: there was a light factory smell the first day and the edges are a bit softer than the center, but neither bothers me now. Overall, very happy with it and I’d still rate it 5 stars.

REALLY GOOD
My son used to hurt his back a lot with his old mattress; the quality wasn't very good, and he didn't sleep well. Since I bought this mattress, it's been a complete success. He sleeps much better, it's super comfortable, and it's excellent quality. I honestly have no complaints. It was a great investment.

Comfortable mattress
After using this mattress for a few weeks, I can say it offers a good balance of comfort and support. The individual pocket springs really do move independently — I can feel the difference when my partner turns over, as the motion doesn’t transfer much. It supports different parts of the body quite evenly, especially around the hips and shoulders, which makes sleeping on the side more comfortable. The memory foam layer adds a gentle cushioning effect without feeling too soft or trapping heat. It stays reasonably cool and breathable, even after several hours of sleep. I also appreciate that it arrived vacuum-packed — it was easy to carry upstairs and fully expanded within two days. There was a slight factory smell at first, but it faded quickly. Overall, this is a well-built, quiet, and supportive mattress that performs as described and feels worth the price.

Great
I purchased the wrong bed frame for my kid and needed a replacement mattress fast. Local stores had crappy options so I looked online. This mattress was delivered to my door in a couple of days. My kid says it’s comfortable and has been using it for a few months now - they love it. Zero issues.

Decent for the price but never expanded to a full 12 inches and is firmer than expected.
I purchased the 12" version of this mattress because of the price, ratings and because it was the heaviest one I could find, thinking it had the most material in it that would hopefully make it last longer. The mattress is much firmer than I expected, but I was sleeping on a memory foam mattress before this one. I asked my sister to lay on it and she said it was "firm". I was disappointed by the height of the mattress, it's really closer to 10.5/11" at its highest point. I let it expand fully for a couple days before sleeping on it, and after a few months, it hasn't changed. Also the foam on one end where the mattress was rolled up first for packaging never puffed up fully. I wonder if it's because it was in the box on the shelve for many years. Also the layer on the bottom that supports the springs is soft (I assume so it can be rolled up and put in a box) so I had to add extra slats to my bed frame so the springs wouldn't poke down into the space beneath it and the whole surface on the bottom of the mattress would be supported. The memory foam on the top of the mattress does compress and let you sink in a little bit, but not as much as I expected. Also, it doesn't spring back to perfectly flat like expected. One other thing is it is kind of "soft" around the edge if you sit on the side of the bed like a chair, it doesn't seem to have stronger springs on the edge, and again I assume the fabric on the side is soft so it can be squished down and put in a box. Besides all of that, as long as it's fully supported, it's flat on top and doesn't feel like it's lacking support anywhere. Most of the downsides seem to do with having to design it to be rolled up in a box. This is the first innerspring mattress in a box I've purchased. It is nice and heavy, and besides the things I've listed, seems like it should last for hopefully many years. However, I think I'm going to have to get a memory foam topper to add to the top because in reality, it doesn't feel like a "hybrid" mattress, it's pretty firm and basically feels like a decent "firm" inner spring mattress. There's pretty much no way to return these so I thought I'd keep it real, list the negatives, and hopefully this review helps.
