I take this and the same brand black seed oil every morning. Substituted a bunch of other pills I was taking post surgery. Overall I feel a ton better and wish I knew about this sooner.

I’m a big fan of sea moss and use it almost daily, but I prefer the gel for its convenience. These capsules are a good fallback option when I run out of gel or need an easy source of minerals.They’re effective and feel like a natural multivitamin, but with several other capsules in my routine, adding more feels like too much. Great to have on hand, but not my first choice.

After the second day of taking the pills I had muscle cramping in my upper and middle stomach also in my right leg. I was driving and had to pull my car over bcuz the muscle spasms in my stomach was so intense! The most painful feeling EVER! These pills have suppressed my appetite and helped me use the bathroom tremendously. Also cramps in my feet! When I would get the cramps in my leg I would get really hot and sweat alot and feel a little nauseous, It scared me! I take asthma meds so I thought maybe they were interacting with each other. It’s only been 4 days and the past 2 days I’ve been in bed with no energy and coughing up alot of mucus! I have taken a prednisone/steroid and I have a little more energy. Maybe I’ll continue taking the sea moss if the muscle cramping goes away
