Raycop Omni Air UV Sanitizing Vacuum for Floor, Carpet, Sofa and Mattress.

I have been using three different Dyson vacuums for the last 10 years and looking for something that can alleviate my son and wife’s chronic allergic issues. I have finally found the product that I’ve been looking for.Not all Dyson vacuums have HEPA filters especially at this price point. I can appreciate how a combination of HEPA filter and UV light can significantly reduce allergens and viruses. I also like the twist removal mechanism of the dust box and found it very intuitive. Suction power is strong and can be controlled by three modes. It sucks up dirt very well on both hardwood and carpeted floors.My wife thinks it is slightly heavier than the Dyson vacuum we have, but I can’t tell the difference.I have been using this great vacuum for a few weeks now and am very happy with the purchase so far. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I wanted to luv this because 2xs a year i have my mattress flipped as im wheelchair bound disabled and dust mites are my worst allergy and the couch gets a treat too! So iv basically used it less then a dozen times in 2.5 yrs! So very minimal usage practically new! And 1st thing when i switchhed from my black couch to my grey couch the UV light stopped!??? I called the company and took a week to find out now i had to put a sticker on the sensors yet have to remove them for the mattress!? NOT IDEAL! But ok its a $250 machine! So this week was the 2nd time this year to use it and the lock on the dust cup brakes out of nowhere had no clue what happened but me the floor my couch was covered in half a years worth of dust mites just collected from the mattress i go into a FULL ALLERGIC REACTION NEEDING EPI PEN! And just because im 5 months out of the warranty period Raycop washes their hands of me and states they not responsible and wont even compensate a replacement dust cup lock that was clearly manufacturing defect and i was lucky it didnt break the 1st 4-5 times i used it before!!! NEVER AGAIN NOT A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I will be putting my $ toward an American company with at least a 10 yr warranty! No wonder they only have 2 yr because they know their products fall apart so easily and just dont care!

It does it's job well and it kills germs with its attached UV light. My one minor criticism is that the dust receptacle is small and needs to be emptied often.

I bought your first product for the Mattress only ,wayback when OPah had her show and I loved it but theis one I bought is very hard to take apart and the piece where the filter is , when removing the piece bends and I do not know if I have to get another one because it is hard to get it out Can you let me know If there is an easy way to remove the filter from the container. Also the one I bought for my matress ,it seems that it has more powerful. thanks

This vacuum is very light that it suits my weak wrist. I can easily carry this vacuum around all three floors in our house. So awesome!! It’s easier to use than a traditional vacuum and maneuvers around very easily. The suction is strong and gets under the furniture easily, so I don’t need to worry about my dog’s hairballs bunched up in a corner of our furniture. I feel refreshed every time I vacuum because of the UV light and sanitization function.

I love that this vacuum has an ultraviolet light to kill bacteria and love how small and light it is, however there are some major flaws to this product. For one, the battery life is really short. If you keep it plugged for 12 hours, you can use the vacuum for about 2.5 hours. Also the attachment with the ultraviolet light flops up and down so when trying to vacuum surfaces of your furniture, you have to be careful while lifting off the ground. The first month I had this, the vacuum suction power was really good. I was surprised how powerful this small vacuum was but after that, it lost it suction power and the vacuum started venting out this weird chemical smell. I contacted the manufacture and they emailed saying, that is totally normal and harmless, however it gave me a headache. Also this vacuum is really loud and has a high pitched sound when increasing suction power. I wanted to love this product but I ended up returning it.

My return date passed or I'd return this item. It's useless as it won't even pick up the smallest items on a wood floor. It was quite expensive too. For the price I thought it'd have sufficient power but it doesn't.

Lightweight, easy to operator and empty, works well even on low suction. I use the second setting on my area rugs and vinyl floors. Kills all the bacteria left behind by my dogs so I can know that my floors are safe for me and the dogs.
