This is not a style of utensil we are used to. Use various wood Japanese-style chopsticks all the time, but we were a little afraid these would be difficult, as some have reported. Not so, at least for us. The flat profile of the sticks make them sit very stable in the hand, and even the most slippery noodles are not too challenging. I don't see the need for some kind of texturing of the tips myself. And, the spoons have kind of become my favorites. In contrast to most western spoons, the tip of these is flatter, so that it's easier to scoop food straight than from the side, if that makes any sense. Been through the dishwasher a few times, in fine shape. Holding up well. Yeah, I like 'em.

I learned how to use chopsticks while in Korea. These are a flat design as opposed to the more common round or square chopsticks. I find this a comfortable option which gives better control while dining. As for the spoons? I find the longer handle comfortable. It lends itself to a nice compromise between serving and dining. Perfect for soup, cereal, or any other fare a bit too small or runny for chopsticks. As for the quality of the product? The metal is decent, and they're good for simple dining. There's no filigree or intricate design, just straightforward chopsticks and spoons. Personally, I like them for every day use. I have more elaborate sets for fine dining when I want to show off, but I have no hesitation in serving guests with these.

The spoon is solid & easy to hold. The chopsticks is solid but kind of awkward because it is not square or round like most of the chopsticks. Instead the chopstick is like flat sheet metal made into chopstick shape. It still is a good value just for the spoons.

These are very well made Korean Chopsticks. These chopsticks are made from stainless steel and they are flat - just as Korean chopsticks should be. This set is a great value.

Exactamente como lo describe, son un poco pesados los palillos, si no tienes suficiente fuerza y habilidad para usar palillos, se te harán incómodos.

Haven't used them yet. They look nice, have a nice weight to them and are easy to wash... just wish the chopsticks had the groove at th tip to prevent food slipping.

I wish it came in a presentable case for gifting. And I also wished the bottom of the sticks were etched a bit for non slip tips. If neither of these are important to you, it’s a good buy.
