This is my first set of hair clippers which cut my fine hair perfectly and my brother in-laws thick hair without pulling. Also the attachments are easy to add or remove as needed to compete the job.It makes Papa's home turn into the Barber 💈 Shop when all the Grandkids come over.

I'm not a professional just a mom trying to save some money. The clippers and trimmers did exactly what I needed them to do. My son has a mixture of 4b/4c beautiful hair style in a man bun. He usually just gets a bald fade from his barber. I braid or twist the top of his hair myself. I watched a few videos on fading on YouTube. I thought I needed shaver but the trimmers are very nice. For my first time I did really good. My son is 13 yrs old so if I messed up he would have said so lol. He was very pride of me for doing a good job. I'm glad I purchased this set. Very satisfied with my decision. I also purchased a fade guide to put around his head to make sure I didn't mess up. Always wash the hair before cutting.

I was very optimistic when I received these clippers. All of the similar Surker clippers got great reviews on YouTube. So, let me start with the good. I believe the positive should be brought out before the negative.Pros1. The are at a good price point. Clippers and trimmer $502. Very powerful3. Lightweight4. Long lasting batteryNow the negative!Cons1. Plastic ( all other Surker mention bring metal). Because the body is plastic. I question the durability of the click adjustment. This operates by having metal ball click in plastic indentations.2. Blades do not cut well3. Received with crooked adjuster. I was unable to straighten it out. Therefore the blades are uneven on the clippers. The trimmers could be straightened. But if you are not handy with tools this is a chore.4. Clippers cannot be zero gapped.5. Trimmers do not cut close.To sum it up. These are more consumer grade they you can pick up at local discount store. If you are looking for professional, get another Surker not these.
