Password book I would buy again
Great colour and very sturdy. Gave this as a gift and it’s great price for the quality of the book. 📕

A neat solution
With so much of our daily lives carried out at least partially online we end up with far too many passwords to remember. In the past I've made do using an old fashioned address book but, as this became full, I was looking for a replacement. This little book is purpose designed for the job and is an ideal way to organise your online log in details. The book looks well made and has a quality feel to it with lots and lots of room inside to hold all my usernames and password detail.

Nicely presented sturdy analogue password back-up
Even though passkeys are the coming thing, I still have a lot of passwords for a lot of websites and being an old fart, I like to write things down. There is lots to like about this: (1) it doesn't say "Passwords" or similar anywhere on the book, making it look quite inoccuous; (2) the pen loop on the side is really handy; (3) the placemarking ribbon is also useful, especially if you find yourself always going back to the site password reminder; (4) there is a small pocket on the inside of the rear cover into which you can stuff further reminders or notes; (5) line spacing is generous enough to allow decent sized writing; (6) it is small enough to stash in a pocket. Thus far I haven't run out of space in any of the alphabetized categories and despite a lot of use, it isn't looking tatty yet. Pricing could be a bit more competitive but it is clear that some thought has gone into this.

Good quality book.
Good quality book with the layout needed to enter the required information. Size wise, I think the small one would have been adequate if you need to keep in hand type bag, I ordered the medium, but no real problem.

This is small & cute.
I wanted this for myself but instead offered it to someone who liked it so I will reorder again for myself.

Not cheap - Large size definitely the one to order.
Arrived today (early) as present for mum, who I’ve been trying to sort her tech out for the past week.Usernames and passwords were all over the place in normal note books, nothing in date order or alphabetical, things crossed out then update in another book, a nightmare! A solution was needed at any price.Thought these were a bit pricey, but good reviews overall, and something of decent quality was needed for the job. The colors are lovely, got Mums in Lilac, looks lovely.Paper quality is good, six pages per letter, told her that sites that she changes password frequently dedicate a page to it, so when it changes you can put the new entry underneath. Book has enough space to do this.I’m super glad I checked on sizes and went for the large format.I know I read loads of reviews giving 5* for the small version, but not sure how they are coping! Portability I guess? As this will not be leaving the house, the large size is perfect for keeping in home office. To be honest, there were so few reviews of the large size I had it in my mind it must be huge! It’s not, it’s the size you would expect any book for this use to be.I fully recommend the large size, it’s the way to go, the small is obviously for portability, but that seems a little dangerous to be honest, if it’s filled with all your security information, do you really want to be keeping it in your bag or pocket to be easily lost?Large size makes perfect sense and keep it at home where it’s safe. As clever fox pics suggest, large size roughly size of 10 inch iPad. It’s not like an A4 or A3 sized thing is going to turn up!So check the size that’s best for you. I highly recommend you click large. It does seem good quality, only because it was desperately needed and I needed to depend on quality as it was a gift, I paid the price, pricing does seem a little top heavy, feels that £14.99 would be a fairer price for the large. Maybe the premium is for the branding? Dunno. Still pleased I got it though because it feels nice and is well laid out.PS. The recipient, Mum, didn’t perceive it as gift at all, more like work to get all her usernames and passwords sorted 😂😂🙈🙈 - she will be happy in the end when everything is in one place and easy to find, but yeah, kind of given her a job to do rather than a “gift” 🤣Hope this review is somewhat helpful.

Stuck for ideas for a present, read on …
I have now bought six Password Books for relatives, each Ina different colour, there are plenty to choose from in the ‘Clever Fox’ brand. I particularly liked the size, external cover : 10.8 w x 14.3 h x 1.5 d cm with a elasticated pen or pencil holder 3.5 cm down from the top of the read board which has a handy gussetedPaper card wallet and on the outside of the back board an elasticated strap to hold the book closewd when not in use. Inside there is a silk-like strip, possibly to place where you last put an entry. The front page has space for your name, phones number, email address and social number with useful information on the reverse on ‘How to create a secure password’ and ‘How to keep your passwords safe’. Like an address book all the pages bear the corresponding letter/s of the alphabet, mostly two letters to a tab with three for Q-R-S and T-U-V. After the Y-Z tabs and using the hash symbol there is space for ‘Useful Internet and Computer Information such as Internet Service Provider (ISP) ; Broadband Modem/Wireless Router Settings/Email Settings , including Incoming Server and Outgoing (SMTP) Server; followed by space for Software License details. Next and the * star symbol there are 4 pages set aside for your ‘Very Important and Most Visited Websites. Finally five lined pages for notes. In the main section of your ‘Clever Fox’ Password Book you will find space for four entries per page. Each entry is broken down into Website , Username , Password/hint , Notes , with adequate space for your entry. Since one is encouraged to change your password every so oftenI prefer to use a pencil for this entry.
