Recommended: Bought this a few times now, not flavoured unlike others on the market but tastes perfectly fine in just water all the same. Wife prefers it in a drop of soy milk. Mixes easily without lumps, we use a mini whisk although a spoon works too.

Dreadful stuff
I was taking this for ten days and was hoping the nausea and stomach cramps would ease off but alas I have finally had to give in. It's has done nothing to improve my health. Rather the opposite.
