Mattress Savings was the best! If I had a question they got back to me with the answer with a timely response. Their service is extraordinary and I would recommend them to anyone. The product is outstanding and their prices cannot be beat. Nothing but love for Mattress Savings. My next mattress for another bedroom will be from this fine company!

The cooling top portion doesn’t allow for sheets to really stay on it. Additionally it creates a lot of peels. I purchased the split California king and it frequently separates from each other. Considering the price, and return policy of 30 days is so insane to me. Now I’m paying for a bed I don’t like and can’t even do anything about it.

We purchased the entire frame and mattresses from tempurdic dealer! The selling point was the cooling effect! I knew that memory foam mattresses sleep very hot however this new feature "BREEZE" was their fix! So, we purchased this split king in 2016 it slept GREAT for 2 plus years then I began to feel indentations so I began turning them every other month oonly to find out that I shouldnt have to do that!! Well, I have a serious bad back I feel every bump and cavern! then 4 years later the cooling effect began to not work.We both are waking up hot throughout the night! Thats uncomfortable! I put in a warranty claim to Tempurdic only to hear that they don't cover comfort issues!!! 10 year warranty is for what then???? We bought that bed because of the cooling effect and not its not working at all!!! They were rude and unable to make us happy! AFTER SPENDING $8,000 for this bed wth a 10 year warranty we now have to look for a new bed!! THANKS ALOT TEMPURPEDIC>>>>>IM NOT FINISHED TRASHING YOUR PRODCUCT!!! YOU RIPPED US OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Great bed, keeps you cool at times and supportive but also comfortable.

If you sleep on your back only it's not bad but I sleep on my side and my body hurts more

I purchased this after the original mattress I got was too soft. So I used my only "trade in" at the store I bought it at and am stuck with a $4K mattress.The store I got this from stated it would help with my back pain.This has made it worse.Every morning I get up and the pain and stiffness in my lower back is so bad I have to use a heating pad until it goes away.At this point I don't even care about the coolness factor. I just want to wake up and not be in pain.Not sure what I'm going to do but I cannot sleep on this for the next 10 years.

We purchased the TempurPedic ProBreeze Hybrid King mattress from a local, certified, retailer. The mattress is cool to the touch and my husband loves that (hence the 2 stars). However, I am a petite woman (5 feet tall and 108 pounds). I sleep on my back and both sides though I favor my left side. We've had the mattress for about 4 months and I wake up with lower back pain every morning. We spent a fortune on this mattress but will be looking for something else.

I have had the Tempurpedic Lux Breeze Cool Max for less than 1 year (ordered on 11-29-2019). Due to on going COVID 19 I was not able to return it with in the trial period and during the warranty period Tempurpedic has a poor customer satisfaction and engagement. I do not recommend buying this expensive mattress as it has caused significant bodily harm resulting in severe discomfort and pain in back and shoulders. It put a person in very uncomfortable body position with sag. I can easily give it a negative 10 rating for the health concerns with use of this product and for the quality, comfort, and customer service. With my on going experience with this company I would not recommend Tempurpedic to any one. I have purchased their mattress and pillows with great expectation, but they have failed to deliver on their promise of a great product that promises Advanced Pressure Relief and Cooling Comfort - the mattress that I have does neither. Please think twice before purchasing Tempurpedic. I do not recommend it.
