So far so good!
So far I am happy with my purchase. I have been taking this product for 5 days and have lost 5 lbs. my energy has substantially increased. I take one in the morning 30 minutes before a light breakfast and one in the afternoon 30 minutes before a light lunch. It has substantially decreased my appetite.
