Being water to a rolling boil, then add palo azul. Let boil again, & let boil for 40-60 min, then let sit. Drink hot or cold!:)

Ok. It's the real deal 😁 I had to research it because I have not had it for years. I let it have a rolling boil for 30 minutes, then a simmer for 30 minutes. I sweetened it with honey and had two cups. By the way, I diluted it because I used four pieces. Anyway, I have had five bathroom visits so far. I'm excited to see what more it can do. It's a great value so I ordered more. The taste is ok, just add something. For me, it was a subtle taste without a sweetener, not really woodsy. Very dar blue, shiny and the quality is good because it did do its thing. Get it!

Since I’ve been taking this at night I’ve noticed I have reduce leg pain and I sleep better at night really easy to prepare and doesn’t have a bad taste I have recommended this to my family and friends because of the benefits. I boil it for 20 min add lemon strain it and drink that simple. I hope this review helps

For those wondering why yours is not blue and think it's fake, let me show you how to boil it. Make sure you have enough bark when you boil it. Boil for 30 minutes over medium heat. It will turn dark amber after 30 minutes. If it is not dark amber or almost black, you did not put in enough bark. Add more bark and boil it until it turns dark. Turn off the stove. Let it cool until it turns blue. This process can take one to five hours. Just wait until the water turns blue.

I actually want to give this 4 stars as whatever this actually is works wonders as a diuretic. As It helps tremendously with moving lymph as it has me going to the bathroom plenty and even somewhat with inflammation. So although it's only turned the gorgeous Godly blue hue once. That was my first tea batch and every batch of sticks after it's only been amber. A beautiful rich amber but not blue sense day one.... As the first few sticks turned blue within 30 to 45 minutes of steapimg without refrigeration. What I summize is that their is a mix of 2 barks and potentially the Palo Azul is placed on top. Not sure. I am inclined to buy this again as a small bag of the 1/2 oz as it has worked exceptionally well for the aforementioned. I definitely will try other companies to see if all stick batches go blue hue or do they all oxidize and loose the hue. All in all I'm slightly disappointed but again as a person with chronic inflammation. It alone has worked beautifully.... Verses In the Past having to use 5 to 8 herbs mixed to achieve this result. Oh and the taste is just fine. Infact as I get to the bottom of the sticks, it's given me a hickory bar-b'que moment lol. But otherwise it's slightly taste like old school lipton tea. I don't typically like sweetness in my tea as I prefer to taste earth's various herbal notes so I'm definitely bias vs someone who consume refund sugar but it certainly would go well with honey. I mean it's not like vervein or chappral in which it's taste can not be masked with sweet. So yea enjoy you won't be disappointed in terms of taste and results but unfortunately the blue hue with all but a few sticks just didn't happen...

Good amount in bag. I use them in my teapot to aid my kidneys.

I was recommended this by my daughters Uruguayan mother in law. It seemed a little strange at first, but with a partner prone to kidney stones, decided to give it a go. The product was delivered promptly, a little pricey, but well worth it.

I purchased this also and it's just drown not a hint of blue in sight and it was not cheap.
