Flex 2500 Soft Chews - 120 ct - Joint Health for Dogs

I bought this for my 13-year-old Min Pin. This poor dog had been a herding dog for cattle before we got him. Afterwords, he was an active dog who liked to jump off of things, A no-no for his breed. He damaged pretty much all of his joints to the point where we had to hold him up when we gave him a bath. I heard so many great reviews about this product and decided to try it. It took about 2 weeks, but 1 meet-flavored pill at a time, we saw a change in his strength. He wasn't jumping off tables like he used to, but he was walking steadier and faster. He could jump in and out of his elevated dog house and leap for joy when we gave him food. We could pet him vigorously and he wouldn't fall over, plus it made for a great "hello" treat when I came home. I would recommend it to any person with a small budget and an old dog.

4 years ago my dog began to moan when he would lay down and get up. He wasn't as active. I tried a couple different chews for dog joints but they didn't seem to help. About 2 years ago our vet suggested Flex 2500. He said he gave it to his older dogs. After 7 months he was running and jumps. We rarely hear him moan. We suggested this to a friend for his dog. He said that after 3 months he had more mobility.

I have had my Golden on these for about 2 years now, and she has shown marked improvement in her mobility. She is 13, so these vitamins are most certainly helping to slow down the traditional aging issues that come with being this old. She loves to walk, and does so without a back legged limp which she had before putting her on these.

Much cheaper than buying this product from the vet. Same exact product. It works great!

My dogs normally refuse supplements and they gobble these. I do think it keeps their joints healthy. My dogs are 12 and 13 yrs old. They have been taking these for one year now and I think they are doing pretty well for their age.

We have 2 senior dogs. One is a rescue who was extremely abused, neglected all throughout her life it would appear. She's had no teeth, she's deaf, and we extremely ill when I pulled her from the shelter in our town. One lung scarred from years of being ill with no owner getting her medical treatment. Her spine us shaped like an upside down U from years of carrying puppies. Her little legs are so stiff. So, we purchased this product hoping to bring her relief. Boy has it worked. As frail and elderly as she is, she now RUNS. Literally RUNS and jumps onto her soft bed, when it's doggie bone time. She knaws her bone until it's gone. She goes outside to take care of business and literally KICKS her back legs like she's a pup. This little gal has lived a truly horrible life for most of her life, far as our Vets (3 of them) can tell. Until we pulled her from our shelter. She gets the BEST of food (home cooked) the best VET care and she gets one of these a day. The transformation in this little PUG girl is unbelievable. IF you have a senior dog...I HIGHLY suggest these. It takes about 6 weeks to truly notice a difference. GREAT PRODUCT...We'll keep purchasing them so long as we have little senior PUGS in our lives..... Anything to make them HAPPY and COMFORTABLE... LOVE this PRODUCT!

We could no longer afford the ZM chews for elder pets from the veterinarians office at $65 or $75 a tub regardless we cut them in half because of weight. Maggie is too small to need to eat a whole chew at 13 lbs and now a 14 year old Doxie. She'd been on the ZM chews a couple of years before I had to find a better price or similar product.These Flex 2500 Soft Chews - 120 ct - Joint Health for Dogs [& cats] look just like the ones, we got at the vets. Maggie eats her half chew each morning, and we have no complaints about the quality of these chews. She has mostly good days, same as she did with the ones from the vets office. I had no doubts about ordering the same thing again, even though there are similar products offered on Amazon that cost a few dollars less. Some she would have needed to eat a whole chew each day, according to the weight directions. Not much of a bargain, plus I wasn't willing to lose the known benefit to our Maggie. We'll continue with this product as our other two rescues age.
