Rainfall Shower Head and Hose Set

Brilliant shower head works perfectly

We required a replacement head for our shower and decided to try a rain shower head, before deciding if we should upgrade to a full rain shower. Unexpectedly, this shower head has improved our shower by such a large factor, that we have decided to not upgrade and simply keep the rain shower head. The head can be positioned at a natural rain fall angle, or a standard shower angle, it has a soft rain effect that has enough pressure and power to keep you clean, while relaxing you. The shower head it’s self is made of metal, it has 2 plastic extenders that come with plumbers tape and washers that you must install carefully to ensure you get a tight water seal for maximum pressure. The 100 jets are powerful and give you a lovely large surface area to wash in, which is much more pleasurable than a small tight shower area. Packaging is adequate, neatly packaged in not wasteful, space saving recycle-able packaging, delivered in record time and performs extremely well. Customer service was also exceptional, and with a wide array of heads on offer we will absolutely be back for another for our en suite etc. A great seller, a great product, well packaged at a reasonable price. We’d like to give this 4.5* stars as it’s almost perfect! If we could see some improvements we would like to see a counter weight added to the extender as it can get a little too heavy at times, so if you have a weak shower holder (or no screw to tighten) jt can be problematic. Other than that, it’s a great product with a great review from us. Highly recommended.

Purchased this item as part of a bathroom refresh that I got a bit carried away with. Having seen other rainfall shower head kits at diy stores and online, I opted for this one because it looks smart and because of the filter contained within. I was a little concerned that the water flow may be an issue but so far I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I was also pleased that it contained the bracket for fitting (which was super easy) as I had expected I’d need to purchase this separately. So far, no complaints at all and I’m really happy with this purchase, it’s helped declutter my shower (with the removal of a riser rail) and elevate my bathroom.

Great item

Item looks great and it’s a shame there aren’t more like it in terms of looks. This is unfortunately a cheaply made product that cracked through normal use. The weak plastic handle can’t take the pressure and has broken. Purchased late November so not lasted 2 months.

There was a lot of problems with this shower leaking by the ball joint at the top no matter how many washers we added. In the end I had to buy o-rings and fit a couple of those in that joint. But it's still have a way of leaking for a bit when you change the angle of the shower itself. That said, it's a very nice and soft shower and we'll see for how long it'll last. If it hadn't been for that ball joint I would've given it 5 stars.
