Great product, I’ve used it for many projects and heavy lifting exercises that I will not be telling my health insurance company about. Works without a hiccup, did notice that it seemed to lower by itself after 12 hours under weight of maybe 2000 pounds, working on a flat bed trailer.

This bad boy lifted a freightliner no problem at all its nice and quiet and i am very happy with this jack. Wish you made a 50 ton like this style

i use air / hydraulic jacks every day, they last for about 4 to 6 months, then they start leaking around the bottom seal, or the air cyclinder , just blows air,

Air jack worked twice. The 3rd time it stopped raising up with air and just dumps out the exhaust. Because it's out of the 30 day window, there's no warranty. Buyer be warned if you purchase this

I received my Stark 20 Ton bottle jack and promptly installed it in my press break. After installation, I noticed it leaks when you release the pressure with the drain screw. I contacted the seller, they offered to allow me to return it. Since it was mounted, that seemed like a pain. I've reached out to Stark to see if they can send me a replacement O ring. This was one of the less expensive units I've seen and my issue may have been an isolated incident but I've never had an issue with the newer Harbor Freight units and ill probably replace this one with one of those if Stark doesn't come through.

We needed replacement jacks mainly used for OTR vehicles, so bought this brand. We rely on this hydraulic jack to get those heavy duty tires off, the Jacks have been reliable.
