Could use better stability.
The bookends are a lot lighter than they appear. They look great but they can't support really heavy books. They either need to be heavier, or better yet, have a longer base to give them more stability without making them heavier. They'll do the job though as long as you don't have really heavy books (which I do unfortunately).

I wanted something interesting and stylish to hold my mostly syfi 4k Bluray DVDs and these are absolutely awesome. Well made, vivid colors and so cute.
