Very sturdy, easy to clean, some crevices but not bad (for cleaning). No leaks!! Doesn't slip at all. Good temp control. Looks good. Excellent quality. Surely will last long time.

Fantastic cup. Has a magnetic on it, same as the tester holder for electrical meter/tester. I love the cup and way the cover goes over the lid as well as where you drink from. Give this 5 stars and will probably buy more if they go on sale. Hope this helps.

1st off very stylish as would be expected from Klein, feels sturdy well made. Seems like much bigger than 20 oz to me. This is my issue. It does not fit under my Kuereg so I have to make the coffee in a different vessel and transfer it. The other thing is that I don't feel it kept my coffee hot for very long maybe because the size is much larger than expected. I'm not sure if they make different size on these tumblers and maybe I was sent the wrong size I didn't pay attention to the packaging when I got it I just opened it and threw it into the sink to wash and the package went straight to the can on the curb because I was getting things ready for trash day. Hopefully it works better for cold drinks I'm not going to use an extra coffee cup every morning and it didn't keep my coffee that hot anyway. Has a high class appearance and I do like it so I will be keeping it but I guess I'm on the hunt yet again for a good coffee tumbler

I’ve bought my husband 3 of these already for work we love them easy to clean super durable perfect for his job. Keeps his coffee nice and hot and his chilled drinks nice and cool! We love it every chance we get we buy another one.

I don’t work in construction but I do work in healthcare as an NHS junior doctor and most doctors don’t always get a chance to get a full cup of hot tea or coffee when they’re busy. After trying various thermal mugs I had heard about the Klein tools mug and I’m glad that I got one. Keeps my drink hot for ages! I was so impressed I’ve got four more to give as gifts for Christmas. They’re pricey at £35-40 but I’m looking at it as an investment as opposed to money wasted. So far not had any problems or issues with leaks, they’re easy to clean and they keep a hot drink hot/warm for at least 6 hours. Just what the doctor ordered.
