Reasonably priced laptop - highly suitable for internet, email and Office applications
Nothing to dislike - quick to set up, rapid booting, good screen, nice pop-up camera, reasonable sound quality, fingerprint scanning startup is nice. Very happy with the product - ideal for my purposes (ie not for gaming or music production, both of which would need a more powerful machine)

Would never buy again!
We bought this for my husband January 2021. The microphone wasn't great but otherwise it was OK. Last October the screen went weird - lines down the screen etc with no obvious cause. Huawei agreed to fix it - no problem. We sent it off as instructed and received it back as instructed. All seemed good until my husband set it up again and it was exactly the same as before - it had not been fixed! My husband tried to contact them using both the email and telephone number he had used before. Despite several attempts to contact them he has received no reply. Back to Dell for us!

High quality, lightweight laptop.
First impressions, because I've only used this for one full day, are that it is a neat and ligthtweight, classy-looking laptop. The screen colours and definition are good. On the debit side, the keyboard is not large and the lettters are pale, requiring accurate typing and good light. The touch pad is a bit of a pain - there is no marking to define the left and right-hand keys and I have found that when I try to direct the cursor, it has a strong tendency to joggle and move a bit. It is easy to click on the wrong thing, therefore. The most infuriating thing of all was the fact that Edge simply would not download Brave and Duck Duck Go, my preferred secure browser. Was this because Microsoft want me to use Edge? Certainly, Edge does seem to have improved its own security options, perhaps in response to such browsers. After struggling for a couple of hours (!) I managed to download Chrome and from there, I downloaded Brave. Then I deleted Chrome. Quite a waste of time, but I got there in the end. Another irritation is that the cameraa is under the central key at the back of the keyboard and, when I use it for Zoom meeting, I will need to prop it on a box or pile of books on the desk or others in the meeting will be looking at my double chin and up my nostrils! There is a lot that is good in this machine and I am told that the build is very good. I particularly like the fact tht it has the functions of a full-sized laptop - its screen is hardly smaller than that of my older HP 15.6 inch laptop - yet it is lightweight enough to carry about, and take with me when I travel, with ease.

Hawaii notebook
Battery life doesn’t seem to last too long I’m using the laptop only a few days a week and not more than 2 hours each session

Don't buy cause the laptop doesn't not charge
The laptop doesn't not hold the charge after a few months of using it. You will have to send it to repair just to fix issue. I have been using the charger that came with it and still no work.
