Where have these pans been?
We purchased this 12" pan with the 8" as a set. Cut to the chase, these pans are amazing. We have a gas stove (for reference). The build quality is 5 star, the steel core heats very evenly and quickly and unlike aluminum pans, does not take a drastic temperature drop when you put food in it to cook. Handles are solid and very smooth shape and easy to grasp and hold. Cleanup is a breeze even when you cook things that can 'stick' during a cooking process. I do have ONE complaint, and that I didn't know about these pans sooner and purchased them much sooner - we messed around with the chemical coated aluminum pans that started failing within 3-6 months of use and who knows what materials were cast off into the cooking. For cooking 'oils' we cook exclusively with butter and or grass-fed tallow. We only use these pans for medium and lower heat, nothing SUPER hot - for that level of cooking I use cast iron exclusively. We hand wash once the pans are cool and only use non-metal utensils. Ive been passionate about cooking for decades and tried just about everything out there and these + my cast iron is the ONLY thing I will now use, period. Amazing pans, lifetime warranty, crazy high quality and cook and clean like a dream.

LOVE this pan!
Had a cast iron grill pan that was too hard to clean so I bought this stainless steel one. I love it! Easy to clean, lightweight, perfect grill marks. Good size for two XL chicken breasts or 4 burgers. Good value.

excellent quality
this is a very nice pot. the tri-ply is pretty standard on any decent pot/pan so the heating is good without getting a really pronounced hot spot on the bottom. the heft is really nice and has a really good feel to it. the handle is hollow and doesnt get as hot as a solid handle does and the handle is riveted on, like on higher end cook wear. this is my goto pot for everything that will fit in it. great for reheating left overs since microwave use is now being deemed as a risk. i use a lot of other more expensive cook wear...dont think i can name names on a review without it getting rejected, so ill just say that the quality of this pot is on par with any more expensive brand. the durability is great and the 2 quart size is perfect. i have been using a 1.5 qt pot and it is a bit small and the 3 qt is too big...this pot definitely hits the goldilocks zone. (if your not a gen x, that means that this pot is "just right" in its form and function would highly recommend

Very good quality & perfect for family of 2-3
Very good quality and it cooks food evenly specially vegetables. It cleans really well if the food gets stick to bottom. This SS cookware, it is not fully nonstick if you don’t follow proper steps before adding food. Depth of the cookware is not much and it is perfect size for family of 2 or 3. I love the size and finishing of product.

Excellent but no lid
Excellent quality for the price for stove top and oven use. Heats evenly with zero hot spots. Handle stays cool with stove top use. Would have given 5 stars if it came with a glass lid.

Ooooh, nice!
My new favorite pan. I got this based on measurements because it nests nicely into my existing pan stack and I needed a second small pan. I love the look and feel, it just feels like quality. Heavy duty, pleasant curve at the bottom, handle feels good in hand.

when you finally decide to buy good pans
This pan is great if you are serious about cooking. Having good pans versus having bad pans is night and day when cooking. Equipment matters! This is easy to clean and makes using it a pleasant experience! I do use an oven glove since I do find the handle a little hot to use without but overall a fine quality product!

Great quality and reasonable price
I love this pan. I did a lot of research and was considering other top quality expensive pans. So glad I went with this one- It is heavy and quite thick at the bottom as well as all around. I have tried making many things since I received it and it has not failed me once. Things do not stick. Read the instructions before using.

I wanted a stainless steel pan b/c they’re east and require little maintenance. The NY Times Wirecutter rated this as a good pan, for the price. There are better ones that are much more expensive. This pan was also more expensive in Japan compared to the US.

I haven't use the pan yet. However the pan is made in Brazil so it's good. The weight is a little heavy though but that's expected for a 3ply clad pan. Seller was responsive to my query as well.
