If there is the SLIGHTEST breeze, they will not stay lit. So obviously they don't work against mosquitoes. The wicks are as thin as a piece of thread and cannot withstand a slight breeze. Not worth the money. Have been trying to keep them lit for a month and a half. No dice.

I love these yellow citronella candles. They added a pop of color to my patio. My only complaint is that the description says the candles burn for 36 hours; I assume it means 6 hours each. However, the candles seem to burn out completely at 4 hours.

looks great but bottom couple of inches doesn't ha e a wick,burns uneven so it goes out and you have to break wax off cause if forms a well. Not worth the money the mess the Hassel

These candles burn very quickly into a hot melted mess! No distinct scent of citronella while burning. Just fun to watch what patterns the melt wax makes.

look nice. "citronella' effect was gone after the first use. little more than yellow candles now.

I like them but I thought they were supposed to be bigger!

these are lovely candles. They do not have a overly strong citronella scent, but seem effective!
