How do i iron on this patch? there were no instructions for ironing it on to a garment. i'd like to know prep, temp., etc. for best results. thanks.

There are a number of videos on YouTube that show how to iron on embroidered patches. I sewed mine on a jacket sleeve and it turned out great.

is the product ready to be ironed on? meaning glue already on the back of the product?

I do remember that I saw some interesting material at the back of this patch, that was probably the iron on glue. I took mine to a store and asked them to sew it on to my vest, it worked out great :) good luck!
