Well, I could buy another pair of shears, I guess, ($25 to $35 bucks or more), but found these replacement springs on Amazon. Okay, now I can repeat my dumb mistake a couple of more times before I have to order more springs ;-).The spring fits perfectly and works as expected. What more could you want?

After 35 years I decided to replace the springs on both of my Felco #9 pruners. Made a big difference and made the handle more responsive.

Managed to lose the spring on my beloved Felco pruners. These springs are ridiculously overpriced but are exact replacements.

See my review of Springs(2) F2,F4,F7,F9 etc.Felco makes great clippers - my Felco #6 are my "other" pair.But the springs pop out and get lost.They are easily replaced but you should keep spares on hand.

I had a pair of Felco hand pruners (my favorite ones) and somehow this little spring disappeared!! This one (actually one and a spare) works great & the price is right. If you have pruners that are missing the spring by all means get a new one, you'll be glad you did.

My original spring fell off and I couldn’t find it. The replacement was easy to put in and makes the pruners good as new.
