Perfect for my needs
I bought this chair in August 2020, and now it's May 2022, so I've had enough time with this chair to know it is reliable and pretty durable. I spend a LOT of time in this chair, since I work mostly from home, and it is very comfortable and helps me maintain good posture. I like that it has several adjustments to fit my desk height and personal needs. It is still in excellent shape -- no peeling, no cracking, no sagging, no cushions wearing out, etc. I just encountered the first minor issue I've ever had with it: one side of one of the casters just popped off and won't stay on. Pretty much every chair in this price range is going to have the same cheap casters, though, and they're easy to replace, so I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade to some nice rollerblade-style casters. So maybe I'd knock half a star off for the wheel... but really, an easily replaceable (and upgradeable) part failing after about 21 months of continuous use isn't too bad. Overall it's a great chair for the price, so I'll give it 5 stars.

Comfortable chair, a few bolts were tough to get lined up.
-Assembly: Fairly easy assembly until I got to the last few bolts. It was tough to get them threaded properly while maintaining pressure to keep the holes lined up (and trying to keep it from rolling away as I was doing this). But I got it after a few tries.-Comfort: When I first sat in the chair, it felt stiff and I felt like I was sitting too close to the front of the seat. After about two days it loosened up and was way more comfortable. I really enjoy it now. I'm 6'1" and the back of the chair is about even with my shoulder, So i can't rest my head on the back (unless I slouch). The fold up arms are great! I have a VR set up and the folding arms allows me to slide the chair further under my desk to make more room. It rolls easy also.-Shipping: Arrived a day earlier than expected with no issues.

Note that there are AMAZON COMMERCIAL office chairs for slightly more that are much higher quality
The chair assembled quickly and easily...good fit, good finish. The chair for its price is VERY GOOD, adjustable height, retractable arm rests are pluses. The lumbar support works via a know, but since you can't position it higher or lower, the support doesn't quite fit right for my height (5'7").Importantly, when I searched chairs the Amzazon Commercial high back office chair did not rise to the first several pages of available products. Why is this important...the weakspot for this and my prior chair in this price range (not same company) is the likely wearing out of the thin leather veneer. My prior chair, wore out in 2 years, thighs stripped of leather, and arm rests also bare to the underlying fabric. The commercial chair appears to use thicker more durable leather.Amazon needs to better categorize all of these office chairs to help you understand the leather durability.

Comfortable, and looks nice too.
Assembling it took some time, I'm not mechanically inclined but the tool supplied and instructions were adequate. The first day it felt like I was sliding off the seat so I put a rubber shelf liner on it but by the next day, it was fine. I've been using it for 3 days now and it's great. The tilt-back feature is not a rocking chair, I have to really lean back to tilt it, but it's fine. It leans back far enough to give some movement. I like that the arms flip up when I want to get up close to and under the desk. It was more expensive than I had planned on paying but I'm glad I did now. I've had some awful chairs in my career as a teacher but this one is okay. So far, so good, 3 days in.

Plastic frame, will break
Honestly, it's crazy to me that i bought this for 189 dollars. Now it's dropped down to 150, which is still way overpriced for a chair with a PLASTIC frame.Serta's equivalent chair, literally same specs, has a METAL frame, and costs only 120.Just don't buy this chair. It's barely worth half of what it costs.

So disappointing
I was looking for a less expensive version of the Serta chair I found at Office Max for $300 (sale price). After my husband assembled it (which was easy, save one pesky bolt), my immediate reaction was, "I hate it." Like, hate it soo much I was nearly in tears because I was so disappointed. The seat is not long enough, so my legs are not supported. The worst part is that nothing but the very lowest part of my back even touches the back rest. So again, no support. Just terrible for me. Sadly, I'm giving it to my husband who does like it and I'm going back to Office Depot to by the $300 Serta chair I originally wanted. Boo.

Verified Purchase
I can't praise this chair highly enough. It's stong and well made (perhaps because it's made in Germany! lol) .I've bought similar cheaper chairs made in the far east that only last a couple of years or so before problems start. It may be twice the price but the build quality, comfort and style well justifies the price. I should add that (sadly) I’m a 20+ stone bloke and it copes well with me. The chair even comes with a couple of spare wheels, just in case.

Butt Killer!
This chair is NOT a comfortable chair at all! It literally puts pressure right on my tail bone and pushes me forward. I do not sit against the back of the chair at all, because the seat cushion is taller at the back and causes you to lean forward. The lumbar cushion is higher and puts additional pressure on the tailbone, causing pain/discomfort. After sitting in it for an hour, my back hurts, and my butt is asleep.
