Lid broke after 4 months - twice!! No refund
Bought to replace flimsy plastic bottles and the lid came apart after 4 months despite careful hand washing. My daughter loves the Pusheen design so is really disappointed and no opportunity to get a refund now to replace a poor quality item. We reordered a 2nd one and exactly the same thing happened after 4 months. tried to contact the selleer through Amazon, customer service form isnt working, emailed them directly and they wont respond to my complaint if it isnt through Amazon.
