Good performance and value for money
Having had a similar sized Homedics massager previously which worked very well, I was interested to see how this model compared. My initial impressions are that it is probably superior in a number of aspects. Firstly, the neck massager covers an impressive height range which is more than adequate for me (and I am 6 feet tall). Also the number of massage heads for the back area is double that of the Homedics unit which provides a more comprehensive coverage and deeper massage. The addition of the seat/bottom massage was an unexpected bonus as I was not expecting to use this but it does enhance the relaxation during a massage and I am now using it regularly. As regards the strength/intensity of massage, again the Renpho unit exceeds expectations plus you can vary the intensity level to suit your needs. Overall, I would say that this unit gives excellent value for money (more so as I bought it during the Spring sale!) but even at around £150 I would say it is still a good buy providing that its durability is satisfactory - and that remains to be seen.

Happy Feet
Why did you choose this product over others?: "Why did I choose this product over others". Hmmm good question; well primarily due to reading many overall reviews in the comments section. The initial price from Amazon was stated as £135 for a black one but on closer inspection there is/should be a picture box below with a light brown one and for the same model mysteriously the price dropped to £97 so went for that; well why not :) Filled it up to the max line inclusive of additional 3 litres of boiled kettle water and the temp started at 32 deg C. If you don't do that ya might be gone some time waiting for temp to get to a reasonable level. I timed how long it took to go from 44 deg C to 45 deg C which was 3.5 mins. From the initial 32 deg to 44 deg I didn't time it exactly but likely was around 10 mins. Note it takes longer to heat warmer water than colder due to environmental evaporation and kinetic energy of the water :) To be fair to the unit it has a humble 500W (half Kw) heater compared to a kettle of 2 to 3 Kw. Comes with 4 plug in wheels added by you on opening. If you are thinking of emptying the unit at the end of session down the sink rather than draining at floor level via the built in rubber bung the combined weight of unit and water is 24lb or 11 kg. So functionally the modes are pretty straight forward. Temp up/down in 1 deg C increments. Power on/off. Timer in 10 min increments up to 1 hour. Massage rollers on/off, continuous or pulsed : 2 seconds rolling, 1 second off continuous cycling. They tickle to start off with but you soon get immune to it else turn off. The spa function as others have stated won't give you a jet blast by any stretch, more water agitation which helps circulate the water around the feet. In addition there is a small circular perforated dispenser in the middle that you can put a small amount of epsom salts or smellies for the ladies :) lest you just mix in the water at the start. This is where the spa function/ water agitation comes in useful. So findings : I am a bloke with size 10 feet; water barely covers the very bottom of ankle so don't expect a full ankle soak, probably higher if a lady with dainty feet. Water temp at 44 deg was good but as time progressed and temp rose to 47 deg the feet start getting a bit toasty and skin slightly red. But for me the aim was achieved with soft skin at the end and softened nails. Skin removal and nail cutting is so much easier afterwards. There is a large red led light that illuminates in spa mode but you will find when on that it is pretty obvious as the spa motor is responsible for the noise about the same as a hair dryer on medium setting. When off and just the massage rollers running they emit a quiet rumble. All the best; Happy feet.

Pretty good.
These seats are never perfect, and let's face it - if we had £3,000+ going spare, you would be more likely to be wanting a proper full massage chair. As it is, this model us quite good. It wont get MUCH better than this for the price. The main reason for me buying this model is that the neck massage function slides up and down, so it doesn't matter what your height is, it can moderated to the user size. Quite effective from the neck, or to tilting the sides of your head to move the balls higher up. It goes quite lower down to reach the top of the shoulders. Which is just the best! The back function is pretty standard, like on most of these models. Delves in quite deep to your back muscles, but it doesn't go far down to the very bottom of the spart of your lower back spine. But that is pretty much the problem with most of these seat massagers. There isn't a choice of intensity which would have been good. But it does reach quite deep into your back. The bottom seat, does nothing, except vibrate, if you select the option. It isn't a perfect seat by any means, but probably better than most. The main reason I would say, is that the neck massage can be moved up and down. And most, if any of the other models I looked at, dont have that function. And the mobility of that function is essential. All in all, pretty good. But perfect, but a pretty good option. Again though, like with all these things, the pain relief only really occurs when you are using the chair. It isn't a permanent solution. And personally, I would have a hand done Sports massage a few times a week. But who can afford that?! This is a fairly good model. I cant imagine finding one MUCH better. Be advised, I would look at one that has a adjustable neck massage option. For height reasons alone.

Impressive Foot Spa – Perfect For Relaxation!
I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The RENPHO Foot Spa arrived exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels robust, and every component has been thoughtfully designed. The automated rollers offer multiple massage settings, accommodating different preferences, and can be stopped if needed for extra comfort. The water heating function is efficient, allowing you to quickly reach your ideal temperature for a truly relaxing soak—using hot tap water speeds things up even further. I also appreciated the centre container for bath soak powder, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Practical details, like a long cable, add to the spa's convenience. Overall, it's the perfect solution for anyone seeking a soothing foot massage after a long, tiring day. Highly recommended for effective relaxation, premium material quality, and excellent value as a gift! Tips: - Use hot water from the tap to speed up initial heating. - Try different bath soak powders for a spa-like experience.

Caveat emptor - very poor warranty support
So this looked good. A lot of reviewers liked it. Indeed ours work very well for five minutes, and then it went mad and everything started working at once, except the hand controller which was dead. "No problem", I thought. "2-year warranty" Then you read the small print - the European support agent is a mobile number. Not a good sign, but tried it anyway and spoke to a helpful sounding lady. That's as good as it got. So this is a review of the 2-year warranty I've purchased, as the product was effectively DOA. However, I subsequently received an email which was much less than helpful. Instead of assisting in any way, never mind swapping it out, they wanted me to take a video of it (in spite of my very detailed description of the problem) and then ship it back to them (for ~£30) to have it repaired. They also claimed the warranty was only one year (see photo that contradicts this), but I pointed out we'd had it for one day so it was covered anyway. After I pointed out for the second time that I didn't possess an iPhone to make the demanded video I got a culturally inappropriate email that basically said I was wasting my time contacting them about it. I'll be charitable and guess this came from overseas, but to English sensibilities it was plain rude. So I can only suggest avoiding this and other poor quality Renpho products. I tried to get warranty support and got the run-around instead. Why don't I sent this back to Amazon and buy a new one (after all, it seemed pretty good)? Well, a week after I bought it the price went up by £80. I want the product I ordered at the price I paid for it, and with genuine warranty service. Renpho claims their warranty is "award winning", but I'm struggling to find a category of award it deserves.

Wow great massage!
There were no reviews for this chair, I had to go to youtube to find some info/reviews for it before buying, so I'll write one for you all! Only had it a few days, so can't vouch on it lasting for years and years, but seems sturdy. What I can say is it's a GREAT massage. Been having lower back pain on and off for a while now, and generally have upper body/shoulder tension and knots as many do, and this chair really works on those spots!! Even my shoulders but keep in mind I'm 5'5" and it just gets my shoulders, so if you're 6ft tall don't expect it to get you up there. It does really work on your lower back which is very important, fyi the Snail brand of massage chair does not go low enough to work on the very lower back so be aware of that. This one does thank goodness! Finally see a lot of people on amazon massage chair reviews saying "This massage is too painful!!" etc.. But people....a good shiatsu, deep kneading massage is supposed to hurt a bit to be effective especially if you're tight and need it! Anyway, very pleased with my purchase... nothing like good, frequent back massage to improve quality of life. Cheers! UPDATE: Had it 3 months now, still works great, no problems at all. I use it almost every day and it's done wonders for my upper and lower back.

Best in class if used once a week. Hurt my feet when used daily.
TLDR Pros & Cons: Pros: Deep enough to cover ankles, heats *very* well, bubbles are strong enough to make it feel nice. Cons: If you use this daily, the massage rollers hurt your feet (my feet are soft without calluses). I bought this as I have neuropathy from my knees down and a foot spa was recommended to me. The problem was the massage rollers. I did this for two days. First day was fine with the massage rollers on for half of the time. Second day, the massage rollers hurt my feet even though they were turned off for the whole session. Just resting on them felt bad. Moving them around didn't help either. Note that my neuropathy doesn't hurt when my feet touch things. And it may just be that my feet are soft without calluses. I think if you have soft feet and were to use this once a week it would be best in class and worth the buy. If you're looking for something to use daily, your feet may hurt more than expected, especially if you have soft feet. I wish the rollers were able to be removed...as I would have kept this.
