Its a screen protector and protects the mineral glass of my watch. I ordered the 32.5 to fit my casioak ga2110. The closest measurement to the actual glass size. I have two kids who give me no time to do anything, especially if it matters. So i had to rush through set up and didn't center the protector. That said, there is an insanely small gap on one section of the screen. Maybe .25mm or less. Nothing bad at all because you cant notice unless you are on top of it with your eyeballs. Besides, nobody makes the exact fit for this watch because its a g-shock, so im happy. I don't think any crumbs or dust will fit in the gap. If it does, the kit comes with 3, so i have 2 more. There were 3 reasons i got a screen protector. Fingerprint/waterspot guarding Less recess gap in the casioak than other g-shocks I'm also hopeful that there might be just a little less glare. If there is, i can more comfortably purchase one of the negative digital displays and use the protector to increase visibility of the time in daylight. So, we'll see what happens. Also the weather on the watch is not connected to my phone which leaves me to wonder where the temp. Is coming from since it is not close to ambient or my body temp. You can only change some of the metric settings to Imperial and there is no instructions on how to do any of them. Accuracy for Heart rare and BP are good as long as you don't move around much while it is monitoring. Battery life so far is good lasts about 4-5 days on a charge. For the price not a bad watch. Hopefully it holds ip

Good To Go
My CITIZEN Promaster Marine Eco Drive BN0100-42E has a 33mm crystal face size, inside the bezel, measured by me. I ordered the 32.5mm size and its dead on with just the slightest of gaps; see up close picture; not really visible from more than a foot away or so; very happy. Not much mileage on it yet, but I am cautiously optimistic.
