Great insole
Great insole. They help keep my heel back so my toes aren't squished. Great arch support too

Great! Comfortable!
These have been great in my skates. My feet feel so much better after! They did not make my skates too tight either!

Better than Superfeet
I tried a couple other hockey insoles (including the popular superfeet) and these currex really hit the sweet spot on arch support. Not too hard, not too soft, not too high, not too low....if they had a little cushioning I'd give them 5 stars. Superfeet hurt like hell, these Currex are much better. I have medium to low arches and got the medium insoles; arch height just right.

Too much arch support and too narrow.
I'm an ex-derby person who recently resumed roller skating. Back in the day, I used Shock Doctor hockey skate insoles, which were stiff enough to absorb the impact of mounting hardware, but flexible enough to still be comfortable. Sadly, they were discontinued and are no longer available anywhere, so I tried the low-arch model of these insoles in the hope that they'd be similar. And...they're not. These insoles offer the same protection against rivets and screws while taking up less volume, and the padded heel is a nice touch. But they run pretty narrow, and the arch support is not only too high, but too firm to be "dynamic" as the product description suggests. Because of that, I would be hesitant to recommend them for derby, hockey, or any other sport that requires a lot of lateral movement and sharp turns. I'm sure they're fine for recreational skating at roller rink birthday parties and pop-up outdoor ice rinks, but that's not what they were made for, or who they're marketed toward.

YES!
For the first time in my whole life, I just skated without arch pain. I didn't have to get off the ice and rest my feet at all. How wondrous! YES! I bought the large, and my skates are size 9, but it was very difficult to squeeze these insoles into the skates. I was unwilling to cut them to size for a few reasons, including the insoles' innate value; but I did eventually get them positioned. Standing on solid ground in the skates, I felt like my feet's soles were leveled out. This is probably a good sign that you've got the right size, the right position, and so forth. Because at first I didn't feel anything, and I realized that they needed to be shoved tighter toward the toes, so you should try to get the toes all the way in there. A great product!

Painful
Terrible, my feet were cramping and I could feel the bolts in my skates. Switched back to the flimsy worn out insoles tha have been in my Bonts for three and a half years. Almost ruined my practice.

Check their recommendations chart before buying
I initially picked up the flattest insoles, since I have flat feet, and while my skates felt better, I felt slightly off-balance and my knees were hurting. After looking at their recommendations chart, I discovered I was using the wrong ones based on my knee angle. Having purchased the correct ones, they feel absolutely fantastic. My feet no longer hurt, and I feel balanced.

I wasn't sure if this insole had a hard plastic bottom for support or was only foam. It is a hard moulded plastic insole. I have high arches and the high arch insole supported my foot well. I had previously had pain on my arches when I did my skates up tight over the top of the foot and this helped a lot. I have a shoe size of 11 but wear size 9 skates. I wasn't sure what size of insole to get but I ordered a Large (based on the size of my skates). The large fit perfectly (it says will fit up to a size 9.5 and was right on). The plastic isn't as stiff as the superfeet carbon insole, and it's not as thin either. But it has way better arch support and for me this was the right choice. Overall it's a great product and I'm really happy with it.

Purchased as a replacement for my existing insoles. Changed from the Superfeet carbon insoles, which were great but no longer provided comfort I was once used to. The CurRex definitely fit the bill ... took a bit to get used to the change from previous insoles, but definitely happy with this product. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great hockey skate insoles.

So far, I'd say these are the best insoles for skates on the market (at least for my feet).

These are just what I needed. we did a cardboard test to mesure my arch in relation to my feet length and determined that I needed Medium arch insole. I use to cramp so bad and breaking period for me was not a thing. I always had pain in my feet and just learn to live with it. Now a can enjoy my sport even more and concentrate fully on the game. Thanks CURREX !!
