Very, Very Effective!
I have to take codeine quite a lot as i have Fibromyalgia, these work without the bloating I get with other products. Only take one though, unless you haven't been for a few days. Two is the most I have taken. Like I say very, very effective .

Fake Senokot please avoid
These are fake senokot, they are good fakes but sadly 100% are fakes. They arrive outside the boxes topped in an envelope with the boxes folded down. The foil that holds them in does not mirror that of the genuine product with what is printed, the tables themselves are different in colour and size it is hard to tell but please avoid these

Not sure if these have been revamped but they are certainly smaller and seem different. Binned them.

Don't waste your money
These are rubbish. I've tried this brand before, when I got them from a chemist. I only had to take 1, and it really worked I took 1, nothing, so I took 2, nothing, I even took 3, and yet again, nothing happened. I felt extremely bloated and very uncomfortable,through out the whole day.I bought 3 packs. What a waste of money!!!
